Great place to stay
Amazing place for privacy,, beautiful villas and gardens, staff very helpful and friendly. A little far from the centre of Seminyak but taxis cheap and easy to get. Local bar and restaurants nearby all serving great food and drink and supermarket within walking distance.

The pool in this property was amazing and the rooms were very nice and clean. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and the high walls meant it was very private. The only downside with this was that you only get a few hours of sunlight in the pool area each day but I still really enjoyed it.

Dream holiday - shame about the wifi though!
We stayed for 7 nights in a 2 bedroom pool villa and had an amazing trip. The staff were incredibly attentive from the moment we walked through the door up until the minute we left. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The variety of the breakfast menu was much better than any other villa we've stayed at in Bali. The room was incredibly spacious and the pool was much bigger than it looked in the photos - wow!! Of course there's the usual problems with bugs with the outdoor living room but the cleaning staff came in and cleaned any mess without fuss the following day. The only thing I can fault about this trip was the wifi as it was pretty much non existent. Luckily the pub across the road (The Orchard) had great, quick and free wifi available. We would definitely stay again!

Good location, nice big room
Staff were nice and helpful, the room was nice and big. Comfy bed and large private pool. The bathroom could have done with being cleaned thoroughly and it was a bit noisy at night due to the pub up the road but it was definitely good for the price.

Needs cleaning!
Bed was lovely and big but the bathroom needed a deep clean it was very disappointing and there were just basic cleaning jobs that hadn't been done like the tops in the bedroom had cup stains and weren't wiped down the whole week, the tiles around the pool weren't cleaned, the pool wasn't very clean either. Wouldn't stay again but for price it wasn't too bad.

Second Stay and maintaining quality
Good location and villa for the price a little poor on daily clean e.g wiping down benches and cleaning dishes but more than made up for that by letting us leave our bags at the hotel for the day as we had a evening flight and also let us grab a shower in their spa suite before we headed to the airport we were very happy

Endroit tres agreable et calme : C'est tres spacieux A 10mn de la mer à pied Le taxi retour aeroport programmé à l'accueil nous a couté 70K cela aurait été parfait si la salle de bain avait etait mieux nettoyé.... Je recommande cet endroit

Good stay.
Villa people were helpful? The room is not every soundproof, hence I am able to hear music from next door. Other than that, everything else is great.

Overall was great, just make sure don't call uber taxi to the place. Because they face problems with locals. Call uber to pick you from another place. The hotel was nice and very clean , recommended !!

乾淨，隱密，舒適，co值高。距離熱鬧的水明漾街不遠，沙灘也不遠，但在小巷弄中又相當寧靜，是很棒的選擇。

コスパとプール、ロケーションで選び3泊4日利用しました。夜遅くに空港に到着したのでビィラの無料送迎を頼みました！arman villasのホームページから直接依頼ができます。空港で宿泊者の氏名とビィラの名前が書かれた紙を持って、待っててくれます。ドライバーの人は片言の日本語がしゃべれます。ビィラは３人で利用するに十分な広さの2ベッドルーム。毎日清掃もしてくれるし、朝食も私達には十分な量でした。プールも広くまったりとルームサービスを頼んでダラダラ過ごしました。残念なのは宿泊2日目の午前中から、チェックアウトまでwifiが全く使えなくなった事！フロントに尋ねても原因は分からず故障らしいと。プールは深いので遊ぶなら浮き輪など用意するといいですよ。私達はゴーグルを付けて潜って遊んでました。大きなヤモリが出るらしく、部屋の同じ場所に糞が落ちてました。

Impressive & exceptionally neat private villa
Our stay was very much relaxing. Arman had great support staff & the room service was exceptional. Arman staff had also supported us to get a cab arranged (for full day sight-seeing). Have already recommended Arman villas to a friend of mine, who will be visiting Bali coming November

Privcay living
Nice spacious villas with private pool. You can swim nude. Good cooked breakfast with options. We booked at $150 a night and some days price was $300. So if you get a bargain, it's worth. Only glitch was the air-con cooled well at day but in night got hot. Keeping temperature on 16 degrees the room temperature got to 24. If they don't fix, I don't go back.

A great stay
We originally booked the 2brm villa- but it needed repairs, so we were given two 1brm villas that joined through a doorway for no extra cost. The stay was perfect. Breakfast was included and room service was cheap. no hidden extras and super friendly staff. Close to shopping and the beach.

ゆっくり出来るホテル
ゴールデンウイーク中の宿泊でしたが混雑もなく、ゆっくり出来るホテルでした。 朝食はバイキング形式では無く、パン・コーヒー・ジュース・卵料理・ベーコン・ソーセイジ等と ミーゴレンやナシゴレン程度なので、朝食をガッツリ食べたい人は別のホテルの方がいいと思いますね。 従業員・警備員のみなさんは笑顔でとてもフレンドリーな人たちで片言の英語でも対応して頂き 楽しい旅行になりました。

部屋専用の日当たりの良いプライベートプールもあり、プールは以外に深めで、泳ぐのも十分な広さがあります。プールが見渡せる開放感のある客室リビングです。 清掃が行き届いた清潔な客室、大きなバスタブ、シャワールーム、メイクも丁寧です。挨拶にフレンドリーなスタッフ。朝食はルームサービスも可能。とっても癒されます。ホテル近くにはバリレストランや日本食レストランもあります。ホテルの徒歩圏内です。 ひとり滞在でも問題なく快適に過ごせます。

Would stay again
The stay was very good and we would stay again just a couple of little touches with cleanliness of kitchen and table area and we have stayed in a location where we recieved a nightly mozzie spray in room this would have made our stay rating all fives not fours overall very good and not to far from markets as others have stated not even 5min walk for the hustle and bustle

TERRIBLE - don't book this villa
Room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly, we had two rooms and both were dirty. Pool doesn't get any sunlight and was cold. Had to ask for a key to lock the room, they expect you to leave it open!!!! Sold our room and tried to slip us into a one bed villa with explanation or apology. AVIOD AVIOD AVIOD

Heerlijke Villa, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk bed, privé zwembad en douche met ruim ligbad. Rustig gelegen maar toch overal dichtbij. Vriendelijk en zeer nette bediening.

Nice spot
The villas were nice and comfortable. The pool was in more shade than sun, so we found that we didn't utilise it as much as we would have liked. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Would suit couples searching for a nice quiet place.
