Form the start of checking in the front desk Katie was extremely rude kept accusing me of having a tone which I didn’t which I found very racist. She was very dimmissive of my issues and kept asking do you want a refund several times because I kept asking about the pool closure which was a big inconvenience. My room had to get switched bc the hotel was booked and was not the room that I originally paid for. I would not stay here ever again and in fact would love a refund of my horrible experience

Great hotel
Fantastic hotel. Great view of the beach, friendly staff, and one if the best breakfasts we have had at a hotel in a while. Tje beds are too small for a couple but the room was great overall.

Great hotel.
On site parking was great. Hotel was clean and staff welcoming. Pool and jacuzzi good size. Gym is small. 2 people max. Great location right on the beach for easy access. Breakfast was good and plenty of it.

I like the location is very convenient and we enjoy staying the propriety, is just that their TV is blurred and the remote control is just not really working when you changing channel.

Disappeared tv system was out for college football most of Saturday. BEN came to the rescue today helping me with a flat tire and encouraging me with his story! It was a good stay, then BEN made it great

Decent Beachfront Hotel Stay
Pros: pretty ocean views, great parking, easy check in and out, great breakfast, fun and clean pool/hot tub, convenient to many restaurants/location, spacious room, quiet place with blackout drapes good for sleeping. Cons: loud AC unit, poor water pressure, very firm mattress, no housekeeping for two days, strong deoderizer smell throughout the building, linens were cheap/smoky smelling. Breakfast staff was obviously ready for us to leave as they removed all plates, food, & utensils at 8:59am.

It was horrible! When we first arrived to stay in room 610, yhe room stunk! The ac sounded like a jet engine, and was physically falling apart, with exposed insulation. No one answered the front desk phone when I called. I went down to the front desk to report the problem, and was told " we will send engineering up soon." That was unacceptable and I asked for a different room. After 10 minutes of front desk clerk searching, we were provided room 907. Upon entering the room, the odor was BAD! Someone jad too many parties in that room! The ac unit woild only work for 5 minutes then shut off, and we had to manually turn it back on. Had to sleep with the door open to get air. The beds were very uncomfortable, very hard and unstable. We stayed 4 nigjts, and woke up with a backache, and that was every 2-3 hours! Housekeeping was good. They Checked on us daily and gave us towels. No ice machine. In-room refrigerator ran for 2 hour imcrements, and you had to push the quick cool button in order for it to work. If we wanted water, we had to purchase ourselves. I am a bonvoy member and will cancel it. Will never stay at another one of their properties again!
