Muffins were brick hard. Eggs were over cooked yet cold and rubbery; nasty. Went to McDonalds. The building and room were very nice.

Nice Place
It was a nice, quiet place. I gave 4 stars because the biscuits at breakfast were just so-so. The staff, however, were very pleasant.

Friendly but understaffed
Very understaffed. Waited a long time for check in. Very little food available for breakfast. Coffee machine out of order. Head board of bed fell off wall. But staff was friendly and tried hard to help.

This was a great place to stay. The breakfast served each day was a plus. The general manager Katrina was great, she gave me a list of places to go for lunch and dinner and her recommendations did not disappoint. All the staff at this hotel were kind, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Selected this property solely based on location on the trip I was on. It was a very clean hotel, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the room was immaculate. Would stay there again. Also, the breakfast was great

The bathroom in my room was filthy. The tub was black. It had old soap stuck to it. There was trash and hair all over the floor. Would not recommend this hotel.

I’d stay here again
Check in was fast & easy. Bed was comfortable. Not sure how I feel about the clerk going into the room before me and turning on lights and the tv, but it was fine. 1 on the lamps had a broken knob so it didn’t turn on, but I didn’t need it.

Ive been staying here for 3 weeks so far. It's one of the cheaper hotels in coffeyville so I understand that some things fall under "you get what you paid for." The rooms are nice enough, but the problem comes in with the quality of bed sheets and blankets. They are old. The fitted sheet is so worn out that it doesnt stay fitted to the mattress. Some sheets are torn, and some have been in circulation for so long you can see the fibers starting to tear, which is gross. In the 3 weeks I've stayed there I've only had 1 room where the A/C kept up. The other rooms were 78 on a 90 degree day. Asking for batteries to replace the dead ones in the thermostat, seemed like I was asking for the impossible. Overall the work required to make this hotel worth its price is little. Just proper maintenance schedules, new bed sheet inventory.

Perfect for our needs
For just a quick overnight it was nice. The desk clerks both in the evening and morning were very nice. Did not wake up in time to enjoy the breakfast since we didn’t get into the room until after 10 pm. Was clean and accessible as requested

Arrived at midnight with a large group, exhausted after a long trip and a full day of work. Most rooms were not ready, staff didn't know which rooms had been cleaned because apparently the computer system was down. Desk clerk was put in a bad position, but could have been more communicative and helpful. She and the cleaning staff began going around to the rooms to see if they had been cleaned. Some had been cleaned, but had no bedding. Apparently, the commercial washer was also broken, so they had to take pillowcases to another hotel to wash and dry. It was nearly 2am before everyone was able to get into their rooms, and some still had no pillows. Two members got into their rooms which had clearly not been cleaned, and one had to switch rooms twice. Our group sat in the lobby exhausted, waiting to go to bed for over 90 minutes, and some closer to 2 hours. One member of the cleaning staff asked three separate members of our group to kill a huge spider. Again, I am sympathetic to people who are put in a bad position, but the lack of professionalism here was like nothing I've ever experienced. I booked this hotel because it had an 8.6 rating, and I have never left a negative review on Expedia, but people should know of our experience. When I spoke to the owner and requested a partial refund, he said he was sorry, aware of the issues that caused this, and that he would offer us a discount on our next stay. There's no chance we'll be staying there again.

When we arrived at about 12:00 in the evening they were not sure the room was ready. When we got the room it was terrible. Urine on the rim of the toilet, budweiser bottle in the garbage, beds were ‘made’ but we noticed the pillows had been used on the second bed. When I pulled the covers back it was obvious the sheets had not been changed as well as the pillow cases. The floor needed vacuuming. When I went to breakfast it was as bad as the room. Food, what there was, was terrible. Pancakes had not been made up. No jam or peanut butter - you get the idea. This is a best western property which caught us by surprise. I was told by the person on duty they had not had any condiments for months as they were losing money.

Neither bad nor noteworthy. Probably above average for the lower end of mid-range hotels. The mouse running across the breakfast room floor was a special treat. Still I'd stay here again.

Waited at front desk for 15 min. until someone came to help me check in. There was a mistake in my reservation. I thought I was getting 2 nights, only had one. Man walked into my room without knocking. Wanted to see my drivers license. The hair dryer was broken, actually fell off the wall. The coffee pot was atop a cabinet 2 feet taller than I am. I climbed up and moved it to the bathroom. Need more??

Looked closed outside but truly excellent inside!
One side of the parking lot was being worked on and there were no cars in view (middle of the week daytime) so it looked closed but I was surprised and excited to see how nice the inside was. Extremely clean and well kept. Every worker I encountered from the cleaning staff on was friendly and easy going. Clyde and Andre especially stood out as exceptional. They were respectful and quick to help, whether we needed more towels or had a general question. It's a simple thing, but the complimentary water from the front desk was really nice. Thanks, guys! This is the second time I've stayed here but it had been years. I was not disappointed.
