산위에 있어서 소렌토 시내를 보는 경치가 예술임
렌트카로 가는 길은 다소 좁고 불편하지만...호텔에 도착해서의 경치는 최고 산위에 있다보니 경치가 좋은 반면 소렌토 시내로 다니기는 다소 불편(무료 셔틀버스 있음) 수영장도 좋고 수영장가의 호텔 바도 저렴하고 최고의 서비스와 경치를 제공 밤에는 라이브 연주와 노래가 최고 무조건 다시 가고 싶은 호텔

A estadia foi razoável. O conforto da instalação não é a mais desejável. A informação da dimensão do quarto é enganosa, pois a área da varanda é quase superior ao do quarto, então a área do quarto é igual as de outros apartamentos: 17 m2 e não maior que 30. A roupa de cama é boa, mas colchões sofriveis. A vista é muito boa, a piscina ótima. O atendimento da recepção varia conforme o horário. Café da manhã padrão. Se quiser um café expresso tem que pedir, pois não é oferecido. Se têm outras opções a ofertar não sei dizer. Garçons atendem bem

What a charming property! A lovely view and comfortable rooms. It sits on the side of a very steep hill, so they provide a shuttle into town. You really can't walk down into town on the very steep, narrow street.

This hotel’s saving grace is the view. Absolutely gorgeous view overlooking the Bay of Napoli from the pool area and certain rooms. The interior is stark and.… different. We likened it to an upscale hostel. The room is very basic it the bed is comfortable. We had a sewer smell in our bathroom and we notified the front desk. We don’t know if they tried to rectify it, but it was still there on check out day. We had a lovely balcony with loungers overlooking the beautiful pool area and Bay. Unless you make use of the shuttle to get you into town, you are stuck at the hotel. The shuttle is frequent though so you have numerous opportunities to get out and about. The food is mediocre. Breakfast and the snack bar have more choices than the dinner menu. The staff are nice. 3 star rating at the most. Would we return? No.

The breakfast was not great eggs terrible bacon not done coffee weak unless you order espresso which was good. View wonderful! Had a shuttle which was great. The town is nice had a great boat tour on Capri .Overall nice time.

Great Views! The location is great and the hotel has all the things you need when traveling to this area. They also have a very convenient shuttle that takes you to and from the main town. Would definitely stay here again. The sunset is so beautiful.

Beautiful property with beautiful views. The rooms were nice and the food at the restaurant was good and a good price. Only complaint I have is the shuttle times, make sure you confirm the accurate pick up and drop off times, besides that it was amazing!!

Not recommend at all, dirty room with flies, not comfortable beds, smell of mold, not working plumbing system, noisy, behind the window old and dirty house, strange with mental issues pictures in room and hall and far from center.

Bel hôtel , les chambres un peu petites et clim bruyante . Nettoyage des chambres pas au top , il manquait toujours quelque chose… Mais nous avons passé un bon séjour Personnel aimable et sympathique. Pour le reste rien à redire .

This hotel was nice, although I found that the shuttle bus to the town needs to run more times as it is very limited. The hotel is located up the top of a massive hill which you cannot walk up and you need to plan ur visits to Sorrento town/station around the shuttle times.

Albeit up a huge un-walkable hill, This has amazing views and a really nice pool, staff were great. Has a minibus service which could be a bit more regular but great all the same. Rooms nothing special but when the main area is like this who cares as you won't spend much time in them. Make sure you have sea view room costs extra but worth it IMO.

Fabulous hotel. Modern with lots of unusual art on display. Friendly staff, good selection at breakfast and clean comfortable rooms including safe. Beautiful pool area with great bar/food service. This hotel is up a narrow windy road with the most amazing views!! Nowhere to walk to as very steep but great free shuttle bus in to Sorrento. I will definitely return as the views far out-weigh the isolated area!

Très belle piscine et vue
Une vue époustouflante sur le Vésuve et la baie depuis la grande piscine ou encore le restaurant. Un service de navette pour amener et ramener au centre ville, très pratique ! Personnel du restaurant et de propreté très serviable et sympathique. En revanche, literie et insonorisation de la chambre à revoir complètement, c'est très bruyant dans les couloirs. Et le petit-déjeuner c'est zero : très peu de choix et qualité mauvaise.

Based on reviews and price per night I thought this was going to be a nice hotel but was I wrong. The only nice thing about this hotel was the view. Other than that it was like staying in a dorm room. Beds awful. Rooms so dirty, they didn’t even change the pool towels the entire time we were there. And there was black stuff in our shower when we arrived. Food terrible. Service, Terrible. Would’ve left the hotel if we could find another place to stay that wasn’t 5k a night. Do not listen to the other reviews because genuinely a horrible hotel.

Man får ikke kvalitet nok for pengene. Bruser trængte virkelig til afkalkning og brusekabine var meget utæt, så der kom vand ud over det hele. Vi påpegede det for personalet, men det blev ikke taget action på det. Morgenmads buffet var kedelig og ikke særlig meget at vælge imellem. Værelset var heller ikke særligt stort i forhold til den pris var gav for 4 dage. Generelt rigtig dyrt i forhold til kvalitet og komfort. Men udsigten fejler bestemt ikke noget og er det smukkeste! Lækkert med shuttle bus til og fra hotellet til city center

While the pool is nice the rest of the hotel is a dump. The rooms are filled with cracks on the walls and mold. They advertise smoke free but everyone is smoking. They say no kids but kids all over. They say no pets but also not true. This hotel is a 1 star hostel not a 4 star hotel.

Une grande déception.
Seule la vue et la piscine sont sympas, pour le reste ? Cet hôtel n’est vraiment plus au goût du jour. Tout est vieux, les couleurs, l’accueil, la décoration.. Les chambres sont petites, le lit double est composé de deux matelas séparé et le troisième lit est un lit.. de camp.. Certaines décorations sont absolument choquantes, bravo.. Le service voiturier n’est pas organisé, la restauration est proche d’une cantine d'un hôpital, le service est expédié. Le petit déjeuner est indigne d’un 4 étoiles, quasiment pas de choix en salé, le pain est sec, la qualité des plats est médiocre.. Les parties communes sont d'un autre âge et ne respectent pas les gestes barrières.. Bref, une grande déception.

Nice hotel
Lovely hotel. Shuttle bus into the town throught the day so no need to drive yourself. Bar and food served next to the pool. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Honestly, the only person who I liked was the front desk agent "Antonino" - who mainly my wife and I dealt with. Reason being, we were not happy with the hotels accommodation as the rooms looked like they were undergoing renovation and amenities looked outdated. My wife and I spoke to the property manager "Masimo" - he was rude, zero hospitality and only cared about making money. I informed him that I was willing to pay for the one night and would like for a refund for the next 2 nights, but he refused and said I will be charged for all 3 nights. Upon which, I said if I am checking out and you have the room vacant, why would you charge me if you can sell it - he refused to give me my refund and insisted that he will charge my credit card. Seemed like a threat more than anything. We ended up HAVING to stay as we have no choice and did not want to pay for 2 hotel rooms. Please refrain from staying at his hotel, mainly because the hotel rooms and other amenities need major upgrading and the hotel manager needs to learn how to treat guests with hospitality. The only thing going for this hotel is the view and the front desk agent "Antonino".

Great view but disappointing facilities.
The view from the pool and the pool area itself is unrivalled - absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is quite basic and the rooms and bathrooms need updating. Would definitely recommend upgrading to sea view as otherwise you are facing a wall. Unfortunately we were woken up every morning at 630am with a loud and consistent banging that lasted until 9am. When telling the hotel, nothing was done about this and no one came to the room to hear the noise - this did taint our stay. Walk into town was fine - roughly 20 mins but the walk back felt long at night and very dark. The shuttle bus only runs until 11pm so very disappointing when trying to have late meals to fit with the italian culture and beware - this bus is normally full so get there early!

Gorgeous views - great stay!
Had a wonderful time at Gran Paradiso. The views are unreal. Definitely get a sea view room, we loved having a glass of wine with the sunsets. Drinks are very reasonably priced, lunch has some great options too. Shuttle service was such a nice addition to go into town and explore. Thank you for a great trip!

Seculded Comfort
Secluded, quiet and comfortable. The service was great, to the point they made us breakfast to take with us as we had an early flight when checking out. The pool and service was great to relax. The food and views were also a highlight.
