올드시티쪽 괜찮은 호텔
올드시티쪽 괜찮은 호텔. 님만의 비행기 소리가 싫다면 추천. 하지만 윗층에 소란스러운 사람들이 머문다면 소음이 심할듯. 직원들은 매우 친절하며, 아침식사종류는 많지 않지만 맛은 좋은 편.

올드시티 입구에 있는 호텔
올드시티 가장자리에 있어 운하?수로?가 내려다보임. 직원들의 응대가 매우 친절하여 무척 기분 좋게 이용하였음. 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며, 분위기 있음. 공항이 가깝고, 올드시티 내의 관광지를 걸어서 방문할 수 있음.

Great value for money
Big, comfortable rooms.! It’s about a 15mins walk from the center of the “action” in old town. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing! Helped us with taxis, laundry, etc.

This hotel was very spacious with a large bed. The bathroom door was Thai wood. The staff was very friendly and the owner came and spoke to us. She asked if we had any suggestions about breakfast. We said we would like a vegetable so next day we were given a salad. She also said Americans like bananas and next day they offered us bananas. It was a very pleasant stay.

Luxury hotel at great price (from a North American perspective). Will stay here again. Great breakfast and responsive staff too. Took care of our needs, including getting our laundry done.

The staffs are really friendly and making sure of my comfort. I got very impressed when they would go all the way out just to make sure i got my public transport to my destination, even if mean their lunch hour will be interrupted they still try to their very best ... for that im being grateful .. thank you! Overall, it was a pleasant stay ... I will not think twice but stay in here if i revisit Chiang Mai again.

Établissement très propre mais face à une rivière ou un étang et donc des moustiques dans la chambre et je me suis faite manger. Les parties communes sont en extérieur donc là aussi beaucoup de moustiques et même un petit lézard. Le ménage était fait chaque jour avec changement des serviettes meme quand elles étaient propres.

Great cost, location and stay
Amazing stay with great cost-benefit. Arrived with my family for New Year and the price was just right, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast, although not immense as in hotel chains, has everything we needed: eggs, ham, bread, coffee. Very cozy and adequate, in a great location in Old Town. Recommendablee.

Liked it all. Convenient to markets. Easy taxi service. Located in old city, a plus in my opinion. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room size was very nice. Updated, comfortable and clean.

FRIENDLY STAFF, COMFORTABLE STAY
The staff were wonderful, very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very hearty and tasty. The location is on the west side of the old city, a but far from the daily night market and saturday night market but transportation is cheap. It was ideal for us as we rented a car one day and a scooter another day, and the hotel has free parking available. The only negative was due to the fact that there were small renovations being done, which did not affect our stay. The room was a good size, clean, bottled water every day, however it could use some upgrades and fine tuning. Overall, I would stay here again.

這次從曼谷搭乘夜巴到清邁,早上七點多就抵達飯店了,但是櫃台人員很貼心,提早讓我們入住置放行李,也可以直接休憩,服務非常好,房間也很寬敞,舒適,非常推薦來住一晚

Loved the staff and property. The air conditioning in the room was fantastic. Breakfast was very nice in the morning and glad for all the bottles of water in the room/refrigerator. Only small wish- better mirror and light in the bathroom. Very clean and was grateful the staff could accommodate us for an extra night at the last minute.

Kleiner hotel met goede service,
Het is een kleiner hotel aan de buitenrand van de oude stad. Het onthaal is vriendelijk en correct. De kamers zijn ruim en van het nodige voorzien. Voordeel is een vrij groot terras aan de voorgevel. Badkamer is ok, mag iets beters verzorgd zijn zoals de handdoeken die in de kamer liggen en niet in de badkamer. Wifi is aanwezig, werkt soms heel goed maar valt soms voor een tijdje uit. Ontbijt wordt opgediend en deels self service, nadeel steeds hetzelfde en ook geen soep, ontbijt valt over het algemeen mee. Probleem is dat het hotel aan de oostzijde van Chiang Mai ligt en ge toch reeds 600 meter moet wandelen vooraleer wat in het centrum van de stad te komen waar winkels, bars en restaurants zijn. Dikwijls bent ge dus aangewezen op een tuc tuc om u te verplaatsen en die kosten lopen licht op. Wel minstens 3 km afgelegen van de night market wat dus een stevige wandeling wordt.

DISSATISFIED HOTEL
Before we booked this hotel, we took a look of all the comments, it seems quite good. Unfortunately, it's absolutely different, the hotel is quite simple and old(both the outlook and facilities) and the staffs are not very friendly and helpful, this is because we broke the glass that is for tooth brushing, we notified the staff when we check out, he didn't care about whether we hurt or not, only said we need to paid the penalty. I felt very upset and dissatisfied. I'll not stay in hotel again and never recommend to anyone.

位置還可以，但在Expedia 八月尾訂好套票，當去到酒店check in時職員找不到記錄，細查下原來係職員沒有人跟進那麼早預訂的客人，變相換來四晚每晚換不同房間，這有待改善

The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help you. We were impressed with the delicious breakfast served each morning. This hotel is in the prime location- not too far from the airport and a short walk away from Old City. A truly wonderful stay.

My experience in Big Tree Boutique
The room make up were not so good, the wifi did not worked. The hotel could not ask a taxi for airport for us. But the location was very good and the breakfast was good too.

An excellent hotel for staying I the old city.
The hotel is within a pleasant walk to all parts of the old city. There are very good restaurants and food places close by. The noodle shop next door is actually part of the hotel and although only open until mid afternoon is excellent. The hotel faces the peripheral road around the old city but the traffic noise does not intrude. The hotel staff were friendly and engaging, tours could be booked through the hotel
