This property is within Old Town Rhodes with a gorgeous view from the roof top. There is a great little courtyard as well. My room was very spacious and very clean. The owners are wonderful people and willing to help make your stay great. Everything is walkable from the resort. Easy bus ride to the airport if you don’t want to take a taxi.

He put so hard matress its not the matress its a base matress and then you supossed to put a normal matress its was terrible to sleep on it. Also it was laud and bad internet upstors at terrace and in the room. Not reccomended.

Minos Pension Rhodes
Early summer holiday trip with family to Rhodes. Minos Pension is small, but extremely clean and tidy, family owned and runned hotel in the middle of Rhodes old town. Location is optimal for beach holiday with some 10-15 mins walk through old town to Elli beach. Personnel, owner Minos, and Patricia who is responsible of the restaurant services are really nice and helpful. Anything You ask and they are willing to help You by all possible ways. World class service!! On top of the hotel, from the terrace restaurant, You will have the best view over Rhodes old town and sunset. Good breakfast is included in the room price. I can highly recommend Minos Pension for couples and families who does not want to stay in the middle of noisy town but still within a doable walking distance. Place to really relax!

Quiet hotel with great views
We arrived late at night but the owner was happy to let us in. The taxi driver did not drop us off at St John's Gate as requested but down by the harbour so it took a few minutes to walk up the hill but not too bad even with suitcases. When leaving, the hotel called a cab right to the hotel. Apparently taxis are allowed in to parts of the old town but do not have to do so. Pleasant stay with great views from the roof top cafe. Good value breakfast. It is only a few minutes walk to the centre of the old town but far enough away to be quiet. I would definitely stay there rather than the new town is which uninteresting with pebble beaches. Leave plenty of time to get to the airport as our cab was 20 min late and people drive slowly in Rhodes

Great small hotel in a quieter part of the old town about 10 minutes walk away from the hussle and bustle of the centre. The room was basic but comfortable and clean, with an en-suite. The air-con worked well which was essential at this time of year. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is a roof top cafe which serves breakfast, lunch and evening meals (good value). The views from the cafe across the old town are fantastic and it's a great place to watch the sun go down over an evening beer. Taxi's can't get to the hotel so you have to be dropped at St John's Gate (also known as the red door) but it only took 4 minutes walk with luggage to the hotel.

Veldig hyggelig plass å bo, spesielt for par.
Veldig koselig plass med koselig folk. Vi ble møtt av hyggelige eiere og fikk oppgradert rom i det vi ankom. Ve ble stadig spurt om alt var bra og om det var noe vi trengte. Her gjør de mye for at du skal trives. Maten på resturanten på taket var også veldig god og hadde gode priser. Er man et par som vil bo i gamlebyen på en veldig fin og koselig plass er dette virkelig en plass og vurdere.

The view from the roof garden is outstanding and the property have a pleasant garden area on the ground floor too. It is only a few minutes walk from the centre yet enough to be well insulated from the high intensity tourism. There are lots of options within 5 mins walk for restaurant bars etc. The staff were very welcoming and despite having booked an economy room for a 1 night stopover we were upgraded to a much larger suite at no extra charge.

It was off-season, so the restaurant was not open. The staff is very friendly and helpful the rooms are large and very clean. The beds could be better. The views are amazing. The location is very good.

Homely stay with lovely staff at a great location.
Simple but homely, accomodation at an outstanding location in the picturesque ancient Rhodes Old Town. Very clean. Great service from staff who go out of their way to assist in everything. What they might lack in super slick efficiency, they make up for in genuine warmth and desire to look after your every need. The view from the roof terrace bar is fantastic, a great view to breakfast over, very atmospheric spot for drinks at sunset. It's an easy walk to all the attractions of Rhodes Town - historic buildings, museums, Elli Beach, Mandraki Harbour (nice to walk around with lots of boat tour day trips to islands and Lindos etc), shops for handicrafts and jewellery, little supermarkets for practicalities, numerous restaurants (particularly recommend Mango nearby) and a casino (didn't try that.)

Notre sejour en famille fut tres agreable. La vue de la terasse est magnifique, le vent nous permet de ne pas avoir trop chaud et la nourriture est bonne! Les lits sont confortables. La cuisine suffisamment équipée. La table a l'extérieur est tres appréciée, mais partagée avec une autre chambre (heureusement nous n'avons pas eu de conflit d'horaire avec les voisins). La douche est un peu petite, surtout quand on doit partager avec un enfant, mais bon! Ce fut un sejour tres agreable! La localisation est parfaite! Il faut habiter dans la vieille ville si on visite Rhodes!

Pension sympa, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la vieille ville depuis le toit terrasse!! Bien placée pour visiter la vieille ville à pied tout en étant au calme. Chambre très spacieuse ave coin cuisine. Gèrent sympa qui nous a surclassé car hôtel n'était pas rempli. Literie assez dure dommage. Présence de volets et rideaux, c'est appréciable pour ne pas être réveiller par le jour.

Property was accessible by taxi contrary to what guide books advised but we walked from port as we did not know taxi was possible. Big welcome here and we were made to feel that it was critical to the owner that we had everything to make us enjoy our stay. It was like being at home but in a different country. Thanks to all at Minos pension for a good stay.

Great value pension in a wonderful location!
This pension was absolutely perfect for what we needed in Old Town Rhodes. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful and even met us at the nearest Old Town gate for our arrival (after midnight!) to help escort us. The rooftop views are lovely and area couldn't be better - walking distance to everything in the heart of the Old Town.

Die Pension liegt sehr zentral aber ruhig in der Altstadt. Leider sind die Bäder sehr veraltet und die Betten unbequem. Rhodos zu besuchen lohnt sich aber auf jeden Fall!

Old town pension
The pension was what we expected. The door being locked at 11 caused us some considerable trouble with the Shuttle bus, we ended up abandoning bus and paying taxi so that we could arrive on time. This is a Jet 2 problem with late night arrivals. Also taxi not allowed to take us into old city, left us at appropriate gate, which in the dark was a real concern..

Hotel in the old city, panoramic views.
This is our third stay here. The family run hotel is in a perfect location. The staff are welcoming and hospitable. The rooftop restaurant caters for all your needs as well as excellent views over the old city and harbour.

Excellent and quiet location: in the old city, less than 5' walk to the central square but close to the new one as well. Very clean room. Good wifi reception. The owners will help you with almost anything.

Personnel très accueillant et très belle terrasse sur le toit avec une superbe vue sur la vieille ville. Bien situé pour visiter la vieille ville et une petite marche pour se rendre au port ou aux autobus (max. 15 min.). Quartier tranquille et d'excellents restaurants à proximité. Nous avions la chambre Héra et elle aurait besoin d'un peu d'attention: lit craquait énormément, aucune pression d'eau dans la douche dont la température était impossible à ajuster! De petits désagréments, mais un séjour tout de même fort agréable.

We paid for and got economy, with 10/10 service
We went for the economy option, and that got us quite a basic room (obviously!), and the wifi didn't reach to us. However, the location was fantastic, the roof top bar boasts of having the best view, and we certainly didn't find one better, and the service from Minos and Patricia was genuinely wonderful.

Grazioso albergo in bella posizione panoramica.
La struttura si trova nella città vecchia in posizione sopraelevata, dalla cui terrazza si gode una vista panoramica eccezionale. Il personale, o meglio, la famiglia che gestisce l'albergo è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo (anche se non parla granché di italiano): basti pensare che siamo arrivati alle 3 di notte, la pensione era chiusa, ma la signora che ci ha aperto suonando al campanello ci ha accolto amichevolmente, ci ha accompagnati alla stanza e ci ha illustrato le caratteristiche e le regole dell'albergo. La terrazza, posta in cima all'edificio, è aperta fino a sera (22/22.30), ed è possibile usufruire di un servizio bar per colazioni, pasti e bevande. Le camere sono pulite e dotate di climatizzatore. La nostra aveva anche un angolo cucina con frigorifero e stoviglie. Cambio lenzuola e biancheria ogni 2 giorni. In conclusione, un'ottima soluzione per una completa libertà di movimento.

Good stay
A nice little hotel in a quiet part of the Old Town, away from the tourist traps and restaurant touts. I was given a choice of rooms and picked one on the upper floor with a kitchenette and a balcony. Lots of space, good aircon, pretty good wifi. A good base for a few days in Rhodes. The rooftop lounge has a great view, and surprisingly doesn't generate much noise even though my room was right below it. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

屋上からの眺めの良いホテル
空港とロドス・タウンを往復する新市街のバス停からはやや遠いですが、徒歩圏内です。ホテルに向かう際、旧市街へはタクシーはほぼ入れませんから、荷物は自分で運ぶことになります。その際、西側の騎士団長の宮殿の方からホテルに向かうと後悔します。道の舗装が小石のため、トランクのタイヤを利用して運べず、自分で担いでいくことになります。東側（海側）の方からホテルに向かえば、わずかな個所を抜かせば、道の舗装は平らな石ですから、トランクを押していくことができます。 旧市街の南端の小高い所にあり、ホテルの屋上からの眺めは良いです。特に、夕暮れ時の眺めが良かったです。 ペンション風なため、３泊する間に一度も清掃が入らないと思い、２日目にチップを置いておきませんでしたが、外出から戻ると清掃が入っていました。しかし、タオルは新しいものになっていませんでした。３日目、チップを置いてくと、タオルが新しいものにされていました。 バスタブはありませんが、お湯は十分に出ます。でも、夏に行くと外は湿度もあって大変暑いため、当方は水のシャワーを浴びていました。クーラーも快適に動きます。 旧市街のホテルはどこも同じかもしれませんが、建物が非常に古いため、パンなどの食品を冷蔵庫か蓋つきのビンに入れておかないと、翌朝には、とても小さな蟻がたかってしまいます。 ホテルのスタッフは総じてとても親切で、ウエルカム・ドリンクとして、500mlの水が４本、250mlのオレンジジュースが４本、冷蔵庫に入っていました。これらは無料でした。 WiFiは各階に備えられていますが、携帯やタブレットによっては、接続の悪いもののあります。当方はどこの階でも接続できましたが、妻は２階では接続できず、１階では接続可能でした。 部屋の電気はプラスチックのキーを入れると入りますが、部屋によってはコツがいるようです。真上から入れるのではなく、少し斜めにしてキーを入れるとスイッチが入りやすいです。 近場には雰囲気の良いレストランがあり、値段も中心街よりもリーズナブルです。とっても分かりづらいですが、ディスカウントの小さなスーパーも徒歩圏内にあり、ビールやワイン等が安いです。「ソクラテス通り付近のベーカリーの近くのスーパーはどこですか？」と尋ねると、もしかしたら教えてくれるかもしれません。

Pension Minos : emplacement idéal
Emplacement idéal : dans la vieille ville mas au calme, en retrait du gros de la foule. Accès facile : demandez au taxi de vous déposer à la porte rouge (red gate)et vous êtes à 3 minutes de la pension Minos. Adresse de charme et accueil d'une grande gentillesse. Une très bonne adresse à Rhodes.

オールドタウンにある気さくなホテル
窓枠のすき間から冷気が吹き込み、エアコンをつけていても寒くて眠れなかった。 オールドタウンは、夜間と早朝に車の乗り入れが禁止される。 0645発の飛行機に乗る為、0515にTAXIを予約したが、TAXIがペンションの前まで来る事が出来ず大変な目にあった。

Nous avons séjourné dans l'hotel en basse saison, le propriétaire nous a très gentillement surclassé, et nous avons donc benéficié d'une grande chambre avec une très belle vue. Malgrès la literie un peu trop dur pour moi, nous avons passé un bon sejour.

Sorpresa inaspettata
Pensione a conduzione familiare, gentili e cortesi, ottima la posizione sia per la sua centralità nella città vecchia e sia per eventuali e peraltro comodissimi spostamenti con la stazione degli autobus (10 min a piedi) che ti portano per tutta l'isola che è meravigliosa. L'hotel è una piccola bomboniera con uno splendido terrazzo dove si può sia mangiare, piuttosto che un semplice aperitivo, la vista è spettacolare!
