We did not check in. We travel quite a lot, and this was the worse experience we have ever had. We got to the hotel to check in and the rudest person I have met asked us what our name were. It seems like they over booked, and he told us that they did not have a room for us. This was at 11:30 PM. I froze, all he said was when he came in at 11pm, he was told that there was a booking error and they overbooked. We received NO email, TX, or phone call to advise us of the problem. He didn't try to help us find another hotel, just stood there looking at me. We check all the hotels in the area, and they were all booked. By the time we finished it was 2am. We had a meeting the next morning that we had to cancel, because we had to sleep in our car. I will never stay at a BEST WESTERN again, especially in Turlock CA.
