The rooms did not have enough towels, washcloths, and there was no linen for the pullout sofa bed. Lots of surfaces in the room were dusty and there was next to no body wash in the shower. We had to make multiple trips to the desk to get towels, body wash, and other items. The breakfast options and the staff were greath, though.

We checked in at 5:15 in the afternoon and even though check-in time is 2:00 pm, our room wasn’t ready. We had to wait until 5:55 before we were given our room keys. This made us late for an appointment which pushed us late all evening so my 10-year old nephew didn’t get to use the pool; one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. Not again. Also, this hotel is in badly need of a facelift. The suite was very run down. There was a large hole in the carpet, old showers, rough looking furniture and beat-up paint. On the plus side the front desk staff is very friendly and eager to please.

Never again... pool was gross.. hair balls floating everywhere... oh and we couldn't go to sleep before 2am cause it took that long for the cops to break up the load party on floor above....just save the money and stay somewhere else 🙄

Property was maintained. Staff was efficient and very friendly. Room was great , bed very comfortable and the room was clean. Bonus was nice breakfast and on Monday through Wednesday they serve a little meal for free at supper time. Pool was good, limited towels. Definitely would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The lobby and outside of this location was decent and appeared clean. The room, however, had dirty Kleenex on the floor, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, food remnants in the cupboards, a broken coffee pot, dirty towels and a moldy shower. The bed was clean. I'm not sure I will stay at Staybridge again, if I have another choice.

It was a nice stay. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool room and water temp was too cold but clean. Our room and bathrooms were nice but our bathroom needed a good wipe down, especially the door frames and corners of the floors.

The suite was nice enough but the furniture was pretty worn. The shower & sink wouldn't drain very well making for an unpleasant shower.

Spent time with grandkids in 2 bed suite. Used pool. Loved breakfast daily. Grandkids favorite was the waffles.

Love having a suite
I am always happy to stay here. It is so nice to have a suite, so convenient. I had a few issues that happened this stay: the pool and adjoining area were too cold The room was cold and the water was way too cold for December---it did improve a few days later. the other issue we had was that the people above us made so much noise that it was hard to see even at 3 am

Coming in and out of the hotel you are hit with cigarette smoke as it is allowed at the entrance of the hotel. They should consider moving it to a place that would not subject everyone to the smoke.

My visit this time was not so good because i had to ask the front desk staff to view my room with some issues i experienced. Our toilet seat was broken and unclean, our thermostat wasnt working properly and the tv wasnt working. Cara one of the employees did make efforts to fix all my problems and did offer us a discount. They couldn't offer us another room. Cara was outstanding with taking the initiative to correct my problems.

The best hotel of our whole road-trip!
We had an amazing stay here- the room was immaculate, our kids loved the pool, and the breakfast buffet was the best we’ve seen on our trip! Everyone who worked here was friendly and helpful, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hotel was great! If you plan to use Uber or Lyft, maybe shouldn’t be your first choice. We had issues both days, wasted a lot of time. We would stay again if we didn’t need transportation.
