팔마 최고의 숙소. 주차걱정없음.
사진보다 아름다운 뷰와 친절하고 안전한 숙소입니다. 주차 때문에 고민했었는데 고민하실 필요없습니다. 오는길에 공영주차장이 있는데 저녁 8시부터 아침 10시까지는 무료입니다. 다음날점심까지 먹고 출차하는데 4EUR 냈습니다. 팔마 여행에서 아름다운 바다들과 수영도 좋았지만, 개인적으로는 이 마을과 이 호텔이 가장 좋았습니다. 오래된 도시와 산에 둘러싸인 작은마을에서의 아름다운 추억을 만들었습니다.

Beautiful views
Amazing location in the heart of Valldemossa with beautiful views overlooking the valley, really makes you feel like a local. Breakfast was also a highlight, wake up early and sit outside! However, I should note, there is no air conditioning in the rooms or the building. Wife and I would stay again here, but maybe in the cooler months.

Excelente ubicación, el personal súper amable y la propiedad muy bien mantenida. No cuenta con elevador por ser un edificio antiguo.

Life is simply better (and slower, more relaxing, and more enjoyable) at Cas Papa! Had an amazing stay here -- Cas Papa is just off a main walking thoroughfare in Valldemossa, yet it's quiet, relaxing, and a stress-free oasis just down a side street from all the action. The hotel has a phenomenal breakfast every morning (savory and sweet toasts with a selection of jamon, cheese, avocado, and various jams as options, plus yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, and fresh orange juice) which you could easily pay 15-20 euros for elsewhere in town. Great value and beautiful scenery. Another great innovation -- the honor fridge: you could get a wide selection of drinks at any hour (was perfect when my wedding party needed a couple bottles of wine after everything was closed down in town) and simply add the purchase to your room, even when hotel staff were unavailable. The hotel is in a very old, historic building with big windows letting in tons of light and breeze off the ocean in every day. Incredibly cute, with beautiful views (and some great spots to take a photo or two) everywhere. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough -- would definitely stay here again if I have the fortune to visit Valldemossa in the future.

The most perfect accomodation in Valldemossa. I had the best view of the mountains and had the warmest welcome by Madeline. It was so peaceful and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Stunning views of romantic town
The view from the room was spectacular, looking out towards the beautiful village and mountains in the background. The accommodation is very smart, boutique style - with friendly staff thrown in as well!

Perfect place
Absolute gem of a hotel. Price was great for a very central, boutique hotel, super simple but delicious breakfast included and very good staff. Would absolutely go there again as an option in Mallorca.

Boutique chic
This boutique hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of Valldemossa. The rooms are a good size with nice en suite facilities.

: Nettes Zimmer. Zentrale Lage in Valdemossa. -: Erreichbarkeit! Nach langer Suche per Google Maps mitt dem Motorrad durch die verwinkelten Gassen der Altstadt ist unmöglich! Das Hotel ist als solches von außen nicht erkennbar. Bei den anliegenden Geschäften durch gefragt. Dann steht man vor verschlossener Gittertür und sieht nach mehrmaligem hinschauen ein ausgegangene Stück Papier mit einer Telefonnummer. Nach dem Anruf trifft nach kurzer Zeit eine Dame aus einem umliegenden Geschäft auf und übergibt einen Umschlag mit Schlüssel und Informationen auf englisch. Hotel und Zimmer im shabby-style. Um die lange Suche nach dem nicht gekennzeichnete Hotel auszugleichen, reicht keine Einrichtung mit Sprüche-Schldern aus dem 1 € Shop. Auch das sogenannte Frühstücksbuffet ist unzureichend und bietet nur das nötige! Für Biker oder Personen, die gerne ihr Fahrzeug in der Nähe in der Nacht parken wollen, ist dieses Hotel absolut ungeeignet! Es wird auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz außerhalb des Stadtkerns verwiesen. Alles in allem nicht empfehlenswert!

Séjour de 3 jours parfait. Localisation idéale dans valdemossa. Accueil parfait. Déco intérieure avec goût Petit déjeuner très bon Excellente atmosphère. Seul (tout petit) bémol : pas de climatisation dans les chambres, uniquement ventilateur.

After we had booked this property, we received a couple of email confirmations from Expedia. Neither had information about finding the property, checking-in or parking. As it turned out, we struggled to find the property given that it was up a hill and through a gate beside a cobblestone street which is difficult to access by car. Moreover, we learned from friendly local restaurant staff that there is no parking for cars in the city and that free parking is only available at cemeteries. Once we had found the property, the front-desk was not manned despite us arriving within normal check-in hours when it was supposed to be open. I called a number left on the window and was given instructions to open a keybox where I could access keys and check-in information. Only the next morning did we see a member of staff at the front desk, who immediately after greeting us asked for our passports. She obviously had no concern about the fact that we had actually had an awful night's sleep given that there was no air conditioning in the room. When my wife asked whether we could purchase some fresh orange juice - because we didn't want to pay the extortionate price of 15 EUR per person for their buffet breakfast - we were told that we couldn't just have orange juice separately. In short: improve customer service, install air conditioning and refurbish the rooms.

Supermysigt men väl dyrt för att inte ha personal på plats. Priset stämde inte med det på hotels.com uppgav för de drar mer i kronor än vad euron står i. I övrigt väldigt rustikt, genuint och mysigt med fantastisk utsikt över bergen och Valdemossa

Old style
Up a back street, up more steps to an old townhouse of 14 bedrooms on three floors. The place has bags of character but is ‘tired’ and in need of work. The shower in our room on the top floor, whilst modern,suffered from bad water pressure and hence heating issues. The receptionist was the star of the show, very helpful, explained everything and was a real joy.

When I arrived (19:30) the hotel was closed although w/ lights. I had been travelling all day long, it was raining, then snowing and I had no umbrella (no roof to protect me).There was outside a tel number that I was phoning for 30' until someone answered and told me a code of a box where there was the key. They should have send me a mail / phone me to explain me that before. The hotel is very nice and cosy

Imparare a trattare il cliente!
Comincio con le cose positive: la posizione, la pulizia della camera, la comodità del letto... Poi quelle negative:...il bagno! Praticamente col wc in camera. A separarlo solo una porta di vetro che non arriva al soffitto, quindi privacy inesistente. E poi....l'acqua calda non funzionava a causa di un guasto alla caldaia, può capitare purtroppo, ma mi sarei aspettata se non una riduzione di prezzo, almeno il tentativo di offrire un caffè! Invece come se nulla fosse, tutto dovuto! Io pago per un servizio che non ho, tra l'altro 140 euro senza colazione e... a posto così! Si dovrebbe imparare a trattare il cliente!!! Io per una cosa del genere nella mia struttura ho restituito una notte al cliente!

Convenient location.
Charming hotel. Simple but effective decor. Comfortable beds. Good shower facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of choice in breakfast menu. Very close to centre of village so easy access.

El hotel es increíblemente lindo, el sistema mediante el cual su dueña lo maneja te hace sentir como en tu casa y una casa maravillosamente decorada. Espero poder volver a alojarme en él, lo voy a recomendar a todos mis conocidos y familiares sin duda alguna.
