It is an older hotel with a cabin feel. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly. Check-in was easy. Parking was easy.

everything is clean but there is a smell in the environment inside the room and in the office something unpleasant, I think it can be improved

due to heavy rainfall it was not possible to get into the room dry. There was a lot of water in front of the room that can't go away.

My room was clean, however the outdoor area could really use a hosing down. The outdoor chairs were dirty and the patio area could be cleaned up to make it more appealing. Otherwise, the bed was fairly comfortable and there were plenty of outlets for electronics.

This is an older motel and as such, everything is a little dated. It was clean and very convenient to getting out of town, especially south to Waterton.

The service at reception was professional and accommodating. They stayed open, after hours, knowing I would be late. I really appreciate that. The property is older but clean. The beds are very comfortable. I will stay again.

If you turned off lights air conditioning shut off. Out side needs some work. Fan look like it was going to fall out of ceiling.

the room was simple and lovely and had good access to driving to Waterton and grabbing coffee and a snack on main street and walking the dogs in town. Quite liked the green space available and hope to return.

It is clean and staff are very nice. Nice having an area to sit in the evening. Walls are very thin so could hear the guy next door snoring.

Ok so if you need a place just to sleep, this is fine. And the owner is really nice. But this property needs a LOT of work. Like, extensive remodeling.

Washroom was smelly, floor was dirty, with obvious hair and dirt as soon as you open the door, needs a good dusting as well.

The owner was accommodating of our late hour of arrival. The motel is old and in need of a upgrade, but very clean. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure in the shower is great, and the air conditioning worked well (we travelled during a heat wave). Although the motel is on the side of the highway through town, our room was quiet, and had no road noise. The room had a fridge (impeccably clean) and microwave, which was perfect for our needs. The cost of bringing a pet was reasonable, and parking was convenient, outside our door. There are ample convenience shops and restaurants nearby. A great location for exploring the Alberta side of Crowsnest Pass.

Needed an inexpensive, pet-friendly place to stay for the weekend while day-hiking in Waterton. This place fit the bill, but I only needed a clean, dry, safe place to sleep. Wouldn't want to stay here in an actual vacation where I was planning (or needing) to spend any time in the room. The TV didn't work, nor did the cold water spigot on the tub/shower. All in all, perfectly fine for my purposes.

Awesome place

Stay was amazing overall. Shower was too strong that every time after you take a bath the whole bathroom was wet which makes it look messy. But otherwise it was perfect for us. Owner was very accommodating, place was very nice, not the outside though as it looks outdated but the rooms are perfect. Aircon just needs updating. Very pleased with our stay. Will recommend to others.
