Nice but needs cleaned
We were happy with the location and the value. We did have to wash all the dishes before using and things like coasters and tables needed wiped down. We are happy we stayed overall but they need to pay a little more attention to cleaning.

Had to call the emergnecy check in number, doesnt show on expedia that no ome is there after 6 to get you your room info. Called to schedule a time to use the hot tub in the morning for that night at 8, you have to leave a voice-mail to do this, no one even called to say yes or no. Checkin if you do get there before then has to be dine in jeystine not fraser. Poorly set up and doesnt seem they care about their guest Condo was clean and just fine.

There was only one set of sheets and no extra blankets. I had to sleep with one sheet on the sofa bed. The utensils and things in the kitchen were very old. There was no ninternet or contact information for the resort in the unit. The unit is old and dirty. The towel racks in the backthroom fell off the wall, the toilets constantly were running, the stove was not on, the unti hs upper windows with no coverings so the morning sun wakes you at 5am. It was extremely difficult to find the place at night due to the lack of lighting.

We initially had a few issues but they were so beautifully Handled by Pamela at the property that I would definitely stay here again. Great location and easy check in despite the circumstances. The room had everything needed and was modern and spotlessly clean

Dated condo!
Lights out in the kitchen, lamps throughout condo did not work, exhaust fan and light in bathroom inop. Who still has tube TV's? Very dated condo. Would not come here again, also $25 charge for who knows what, expedia did not charge something though property mgt co. had to collect.

Things to know about MeadowRidge
There are many disappointing things about this experience: 1. No air conditioning in the rooms, in spite of the extreme temperatures and altitude that makes it hard to breathe 2. The furniture is old and run down. The couch was filthy? 3. The bed in the master bedroom is sunken in and very uncomfortable to sleep in. You can feel the springs poke your back.

Give us a call next time and we may be able to find a unit that is a better fit for you, some things are constants for this area such as no air conditioning since it rarely will be hotter than 80 degrees, but others we can better accommodate. Great stay with clean rooms (homey), recently updated. Super Nice! We couldn't get the stove to work and in 15 min. the boys showed up to fix it. Pool was great and will come back.

Dated but clean
Unit was clean but quite dated. Harvest gold fixtures and carpet everywhere including kitchen and baths - hate to consider what was lurking in the fibers. The hideabed was too uncomfortable to be considered for sleeping, I spent a horrid night in it. BUT the kitchen was very well furnished.
Glad to see that overall you enjoyed your lodging with us here at StayWinterPark. I would like to let you know that we offer a return guest discount to all of our previous guest so hurry back and come see us.

This place is a dump and run down.
The pictures look great but that wasn't the room I was given. When I complained the management company didn't want to help.

Beautiful mountain veiws
Beautiful location on top of the Rockies. Twin beds where a bit stiff but overall the condo was up to par. Close to frasser's tubing hill, safeway, winter park and all the good eats in town. Thanks for sharing your space with us.

1. wifi did not work 2. Curtains need to be heavier. The neighbors had their outside door light on all night and it made our bedroom very bright. Slept terribly that night. 3. This condo is a little out of the way from Winter Park and Devils Thumb if one has to access on the shuttle system. A personal car would make this a non issue. 4. The staff were great on the phone, and at check in. The shuttle service service really did help us out and they were very friendly. 5 Condo conditions were rather basic, and the place could use an update. But it was relatively very affordable.

I was disappointed with the condo. Many if the lights did not work. The decor is old and needs updating. The front desk and check in is 4 miles from the condo and their office closes at 5pm. The front desk was not interested in knowing my opinion of my stay. The front desk even blamed hotels.com for not communicating the office hours and the check in location.

All the amenities for fun and relaxation
Quiet, cozy condo with pull-out sofa bed in living room (okay for kids but not adults). Wood-burning fire place. Close proximity to club house that has two large outdoor jacuzzis, a heated pool, exercise gym, 2 racquet ball courts, and even ping pong. Great way to have fun, other than all the paid-for activities such as snow skiing/boarding/tubing.

This was such a great place to stay. We booked it last minute and couldn't believe how great the rates were! We will definitely be staying again!!

We knew that for the price we would be staying in average accommodations, and average was about right. We were able to cook in the kitchen and had room for everyone to sleep at night, so our needs were met. On the positive we had access to a great fitness center with a pool, hot tubs, tennis courts and a great variety of exercise equipment. The balcony/porch also had a very nice view of the mountains. As for negative the apartment was furnished with old and tired deco and furnishings, a tiny TV with cable that was spotty at best, and a patio with basic plastic chairs and a broken screen door. All in all we were able to enjoy our stay, but we probably won't return.

A stay in the way back machine
Place was clean and spacious, shower was strong and there was plenty of hot water. Kit hen was hopelessly outdated, microwave had a manufacture date of June 77! My son couldnt even work out how to use it! Both tvs were crts, one in living room had a built in vcr for our viewing pleasure! Too few plates and cutlery as well, 70's theme continued there with a nice sunflower motif. Overall the downsides were amusing rather than an issue, and we were not there to spend time in the condo. It was cheap and it was fine for our purposes. Why the owner doesn't spend $500 on some upgrades and charge more for the unit is beyond me.

Confusing check in!
This is actually a condominium complex, there is no front desk or office on site. You have to go to rental office to get the keys and your room. This was very confusing, there were no instructions on doing this when I booked the room. However, once I got situated it was fine.

We stayed a week at Meadowridge condo, court 4 apt. 5. The condo was great. Lots of nice fixtures. The full kitchen had all the supplies you need. The Meadowridge club is basically across the street and has two large hot tubs for soaking soar skiing muscles. The only problem is the neighbors play guitar and sing and stay up late at night. The walls are thin so we basically couldn't use the bedroom that shares a wall with the other apartment because it was too loud.

Good proximity to resort if you have a car!
Recommended by a friend who's stayed on complex many times before. Unit 7 in Court 3 is perfectly adequate if a little dated in appearance. Well equipped and lovely and warm after a day's skiing. Facilities at club house seemed good although we didn't use them. Guy in ski shop was very helpful.

Good size room, but all the appliances and furniture need some upgrades. The room was filled with smoke when we try to use the fireplace. Mattress and pillows no so confortable. Important: The check-in is in a different location, read "Important notices" in the confirmation page!

Comfortable, roomy, convenient......excellent stay
This is not at all like a hotel stay, but much better. You won't miss any conveniences of home. The grocery is only two minutes away! The pool/hot tub, workout and laundry facility is convenient, and well maintained.

I have been staying at Meadow Ridge for 30 years, this is the first time I've been disappointed with the accommodations. In their defense, I did book the least expensive "two bedroom" unit listed. This unit was different from any other I've stayed in, with the second bedroom separated from the living-dining area by a folding door (Not sure if this was considered the master bedroom or not, as it had a bathroom attached. The other, more private bedroom used the hall bath). The pool, hot tubs, clubhouse and their staff were great as usual. The unit itself was fairly well kept, but had some issues... There is no parking in front where you would enter the condo, so everything has to be carried around from the back of the building. The thing that amazed me most about the accommodations was that the television was an old fashioned, probably 15"- 4:3 ratio crt tv. I had brought along a Chromecast, so that we could stream some sports and movies while we were there (yes, I know it's Colorado, but there can still be some long evenings to fill). The television worked so badly that I went out and bought a flat screen to use while we were there (nearest electronics store is in Granby). To sum up, this condo is definitely in the "low rent district", I guess you get what you pay for. In the end, the kids had a blast, and I guess that's what really counts.

Great Weekend Away!
The place was good for the money. We had some check in issues which delayed our pool pass, this was a major damper during a soccer tournament and wanting to swim and soak in the hot tub. The room was rather old, some things were renovated some weren't. The view was pretty much non existent from our room, that was a real bummer, since I called to ask specifically for a view and was smirked at and told all of our rooms have views.

We had a 2 BR condo for 5 days in the summer. The place was clean. The kitchen had a lot of utensils and dishes.The location was good. It was close to the Safeway grocery store. The restaurants from Tabernash to Winter are fairly close. There are a lot of hiking trails close by.

Very comfortable condo and great location. The location of the front desk to pick up the keys was a little difficult to find. I would have been helpful if the directions provide in the confirmation emails were to the Vactions Inc office instead of the location of the condo.
