Todo está muy bien, solo que comparten el estacionamiento con uno o dos restaurantes es un caos, también hay bares cerca que tienen su música jueves, viernes, sábado según escuché no los deja dormir, el desayuno está bien podría ser mejor, variarle un poco todos los días chilaquiles está cañon, también mantener las áreas limpias hay muchos huéspedes que son cerdos tiran comida y no lumpian, ojalá le pusieran atención a ese adpecto. Ah y los elevadores un ajustito

There are many problems, the coffee machine doesn’t work all the time and the laundry area is open but the staff says that itsn’t available and there’s no any dispenser machine where I can buy the laundry kit and in the hotel page says that there is no problem for using the laundry area. In case of my family, we’re staying here for six days, so is very important for us do the laundry

It’s clean and rooms are a good size. The pillows are lumpy even though the beds are comfortable. The air unit was not working, and there was constant banging in the middle of the night and mid morning. There is no safe in the room. Breakfast is ok and staff are friendly.
