This property wasn’t was expected as seen online. The bedroom was dirty there were bugs, the bed sheets were dirty and had hair on them! The pillows were worse than the cheapest thinnest pillows you can buy in Walmart. The pillows had no pillow protectors! The entire floor I was out on smelled of marijuana!! I’d like my refund for dissatisfaction,misinformation, and the failure to state on the site that they are also renovating!

The hotel is located so close of the airport good point, but my room and the property looks abandoned, same bedroom, walls and ceiling with cracks, carpet so old looks dirty, the staff so rug, really I don't feel welcomed there.

The building is nice but badly in need of updating. Elevator worked on occasion and very slow and noisy. Room was clean and so was bathroom. I would not stay here again because the surrounding area was noisy and appeared unsafe.

I didn't even go - lost my nonrefundable money because I unfortunately read the reviews after I'd booked and they were so bad I was scared to stay there. Some said the airport shuttle was unreliable and they didn't care if you got stuck, and getting to the airport in the morning was my whole reason for staying there. Lost my money. I'm usually ready to dismiss a few bad reviews since some people are just picky, but almost all the reviews were bad, w/maybe 1 out of 15 ok. It just felt too scary.

The clerk handling check in was difficult to communicate with. The lobby was DIRTY as was most. The tile floor looked like they had dismantled a motor on it! Being "under renovation" should have been on the website. Only one of the two elevators was working, which was fine except that the inside of the elevator was disgusting. Again, the floor inside it was tile (very dirty) and the first two tiles as you entered the elevator were missing (trip / accident hazard); the remaining tiles were loose and rocky. The elevator inspection expired (May 2023). We were in room 610. The lamp cord on the bedside stand wouldn't reach any outlet. The shower handle was very loose; the water pressure was not very good. The furnishings were subpar. The windows were dirty. Much of the lobby area was roped off. The exterior of the building was unattractive and the parking lot trashy. We were dropped off by a Uber so it would have been difficult to go elsewhere. My recommendation would have been to close and get the renovations done. There was a strong smell of marijuana at one point. Are some of the rooms being used to grow? Taking a $100 damage deposit was a bit ridiculous since there wasn't much one could damage. The parking lot was mostly full but few people in the place. We asked if there was a signup paper for the shuttle and was told no. If it is full, you wait for the next one. The reason it would be full? They allow parking for a fee, even if not staying there, thus, use of shuttle!

make no bones about it this is a older Tired hotel. It needs a real upgrade and refresh. but for the price it is a good place to stay on a budget. the rooms were comfortable shuttle to the airport it is a economical place to stay. If i had to rate it on a scale of 1 to 10, it is a 6 because of its age and need for upgrades.

Very dirty. Very smelly. Smelled very old. Looked like it hadn't been updated since it was built. I needed a quick place to stay just to sleep so it sufficed. But I would not ever ever choose Ramada again

Tbh this hotel will rip you off if youre not smart enough... The room was clean but, its too much money for just one night... 35 dollars for a extended stay even if you buy online. Plus your 73 dollar room and 100 deposit for not smoking!!i wont be coming back

Very outdated building. Our first room ( non-smoking ) smelled like smoke. The staff were kind and courteous and moved us to a bigger room.

Outdated and filthy! Good place for a forensics school there has to be thousands of DNA samples in the unit toe nail and even what appears to be semen on the chair. Ramada should pull there name off the building if reputation means anything anymore. I asked housekeeping for towels and she laughed! No towel, she said

Extremely outdated property and rooms. Very old rooms. Has old room smell. 1st room was very old, stunk, and old tv with no HD. I switched rooms. It was a lot better. Little smell, but still ild room smell. TV was HD. Still very outdated, old room. Very affordable, but I'd never go there again. Pool out of order.
