Everything, the owners were immediate in their responses and helpful/ flexible in making our visit a great experience. Property is very central yet quiet with a small balcony. I’d go back anytime!

I wanted to stay at a property that was centrally located to all things walkable in the old town Split area. This apartment was a perfect location! The host of the apartment picked me up at the airport and dropped me off, he gave me recommendations on great restaurants, and told me a lot about the area. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect location, friendly and helpful owners
This place is perfectly located in the heart of Old Town in Split. Owners are friendly and very helpful. If you're coming via plane, then we recommend using their shuttle service. They will give you helpful advice regarding the city and take you to the exact location of the hotel. Split has many small and narrow streets, and a taxi wont be able to take you straight to the hotel, so having the owner walk you to the hotel first time can be a great time saver. Will definitely stay there again.

Make Prior your first choice
Decided to use the shuttle service as I arrived late at night and was aware the apartment might be hard to find. Was met by my friendly host Davor, who showed me where the apartment is in relation to the main square - literally 30 seconds walk! Great thing is that, as busy as the square is, the apartment is on a quiet side-street with no noisy bars/cafes to disturb the peace. Apartment itself (#1) is on the first floor, roomy, with high ceiling and nice furnishings. Bathroom is a bit small but well cleaned and with a decent shower. A small balcony was a bonus, as was the tea/coffee facilities. Before leaving, Davor provided some restaurant recommendations and, having tried a couple of them, he was spot on!

Lovely room in very central location in Split’s Old Town. The host kindly met us from our taxi, despite our late night arrival, from a heavily delayed flight. He also recommended a few very pleasant local eateries!

Fantastic location right in the Old Quarter of Split about 3 minutes walk from Diocletian's palace and with a balcony, which is rare in the Old Quarter. Despite being in the Centre, the room was very quiet. The Owner Davor was extremely helpful, welcoming and informative and we visited restaurants he suggested and loved the Sperun restaurant in particular.

The property has no standard reception desk but hosts Mila and Davor are very helpful and can be contacted anytime. They contacted us as soon as we did our reservation. They arranged our transfer from and to the airport. Location is excellent. Walking distance to many attractions. Davor gave suggestions to restaurants and places to see.

Very noisy flat!
Nice welcome. Flat situated in the old town. However, big minus, the flat is on top of a restaurant with loud music until 1 am, and people sitting outside speaking loudly and even shouting. Very difficult to sleep.

In the heart of old town Split. We stepped out of our room to walk beautiful cobblestone streets with outdoor cafes, walk to the water, shopping. Room was small but comfortable and the location excellent! Host greeted us promptly and was helpful with recommendations
