Thank you for taking the time to fill out a survey. We absolutely love the furry friends that travel with their humans. Some of us travel with ours and want to make the stay as comfortable for them as for the owner. We are getting a remodel coming up and are hoping to make the dog area a bit more dog friendly! In the mean time though if you have time when you are in the area ask the front desk team or google about dog walk areas and parks. We have some wonderful off leash dog parks in the area for the fur balls to run off energy. We hope to see you in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to fill out a survey. The bird feathers are due to a population of pigeons nesting on our roof and surrounding buildings. Each year we get people to come out to try to deter the birds, we have tried multiple ways multiple times, they are resilient. We are hoping our next solution is a more permanent one, and keeps them from roosting on our building. We apologize for the feathers everywhere it is one of our top priorities as the feathers are not the only issue. We do hope to see you in the future, if you are ever in the area.

Most of our rooms are filled with week or more guests that enjoy not being bothered daily. We always do our best to accommodate so if there is ever anything you need such as towels or trash, please ask front desk and we can assist with that. We do hope to see you again in the future.

We are always happy to move guests if things are to loud for them if we have open rooms. Especially if your neighbor is loud. If you don't mind top floor we are always happy to accommodate that as well. It is quiet up there as you have no above. As for recycling, we have locations all over town that people can take their recycling to. It is a work in progress getting stuff on property. I am sorry to hear you will not return. Please do give it a thought if you are ever in the area again. We strive to give our best from booking to departure and would love to redeem ourselves.
