The Courtyard has a top notch staff that is extremely friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable of their area and listen to my needs and was able to provide perfect information to support what i was asking.

Todo bien, servicio de recepcion muy amable (Abdiel), rapido y eficiente. Perfecta localizacion para efectos de compras y de trabajo, las habitacioines muy limpias y personal muy cortes. Lo recomiendo.

Expedia listed this hotel as pet friendly. Upon checking in with 2 small dogs I was charged $150 for each dog--almost as much as for 2 people! Potential guests should be informed of the charge and how much beforehand, not when they're standing with luggage ready to check in. I have stayed at pet friendly hotels that charge nothing extra for pets, so that would be my assumption from past experience. I am not averse to paying a small cleaning deposit for a small, house-broken pet, but I paid $300 extra to stay at a "pet friendly" establishment. Not very friendly, I'd say. In addition, this place has a large restaurant that is only open for breakfast and lunch. A limited menu dinner can be had in the lounge. Makes no sense. Some of the staff were helpful, and others were rather discourteous. Badly managed place. Never stay here again.

The hotel is great...but the service is even better. Special mention to Jairo in the front desk. During both of our stays this month he made the extra effort to help us out. In general the staff was good...which is not easy to come by in other hotels in Panama.

Personal del hotel super amables, la ubicación a la par del mall se pueden realizar compras y los restaurantes con comida excelente, hacen que uno sienta que todo se puede hacer con mucha comodidad, sin tener gastos extras en transporte.

Hotel com boa localização . Um pouco sem manutenção Caixa da descarga do banheiro fazia barulho a noite toda, enroscava quando apertava e ficava vazando água Não ecológicamente correto !!! Café da manhã simples, mas bom. Localização excelente. Sair do hotel e entrar no shopping fez todo diferencial !!!

Very good hotel
We loved our stay here. We were traveling at the last minute due to a family emergency, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating when we needed to stay an extra night. Front desk staff spoke English, which was very helpful since we speak only a very little Spanish. The location was also good—lots of places to eat in the mall attached. We would gladly stay here again.

Next to the multiplaza mall, staff was friendly, room was oke. Hotel entrance & lobby is nice but the room in general is musty & old/ small beds, old carpet everywhere (not allergy friendly) hotel needs an upgrade like yesterday.
