가성비 최고의 바닷가 호텔
위치도 그렇고 가성비 최고의 호텔입니다. 너무 붐비지 않는 곳에 위치해서 좋았구요 발코니에서 여유롭게 바라보는 바닷가는 최고였습니다. 시설이 전체적으로 약간 낡은 듯 보이지만 나름 깨끗하니 좋았네요. 냉장고도 크고 맘에 듭니다. 직원도 친절하고 좋아요

What I like about the property is you can walk right outside to the beach ocean view is beautiful however there was no cable the whole time of my stay arriving the front desk they did not even state that they did not have cable also found the next morning a one gallon of water up under the bed an iron did not work as well just soo very dissatisfied.

Parking is VERY limited . Had to walk such a long way because their covered parking only holds several cars . Rooms were okay , nothing fancy but clean and beds were comfortable . Towels smelled absolutely horrible! Didn’t care to try restaurants there or the bar area . For the price we expected more . Did enjoy the closeness to the beach but will spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else next time

I stayed here with my family for spring break. The hotel appeared to be nice and right on beach. The staff was very friendly and I told my wife for the price, I think we made a great choice. However, after night number two, we woke up in the morning and noticed at the end of the bed where my feet were laying all night was a dried blood stain on the sheet. I immediately looked at my feet and legs to see if I was bleeding anywhere and after my wife examined me I discovered that these sheets were never changed. I slept in dirty sheets with someone else’s DNA. I was very upset! I called downstairs and spoke with the manager who offered me that she would change my sheets and we could get a free breakfast for me and the family. I got off the phone with her and spoke with her boss who advised me since I booked through a third party like Expedia there wasn’t much they could do for my awful experience. She later said she contacted Expedia and can give me a refund for one night, plus free breakfast, and a gift basket that had candy in it. I told my wife we will never stay here again!!!! I appreciate the free night and gift basket, but in my opinion that wasn’t enough for sleeping in blood all night!

I booked the property the Expedia and on the final day of our stay, before check-out, the front desk called to say that I had a balance and should not have been allowed to check in. I assured the clerk I would call Expedia to get the corrected information for the virtual card that was used to book the stay. Immediately after our talk, the front desk rep attempted to charge my card without permission. Aside from her inconsiderate and unprofessional behavior, the stay overall was great. The rooms were clean. They brought up additional towels upon request. The facility was very clean and comfortable. It's close to several restaurants, and the hotel that's on site was wonderful with very friendly staff.

The room we booked was under renovation and had been for a while yet they still offered the room. The room they moved us to smelled of mold and old cigarette smoke with a view of the courtyard, and the other room was looking at the parking lot. The reservation was canceled by the hotel upon check-in. I am still waiting for a refund.

Originally, we booked an ocean front room but upon arriving our room was experiencing upgrades and we were given push back. They let us check in and then after arriving from dinner suddenly the “hot water” was out to the entire tower. We were swapped rooms and the room we were given was filthy! Dirt and dust particles all over the bed, couch, and walls. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone until they make the proper changes to operations. I’m currently dealing with being charged for both rooms for the one night. It hasn’t been pleasant at all. I gave this 2 stars because the night front desk clerk was nice.

We had prepaid breakfast for our stay. Ate o nly once. First day, they didnt have what we wanted to eat. Breakfast wait time is no less than an hour. Front desk staff wasnt helpful. Fora Shearton lounged property, no where near tye expected standard. Not staying at another Sheraton property. Would have been better at a Hampton!

Only reason not a five is that the property is getting a little dated and showing it’s age. All things considered, I would return though. Oh, and there is no included breakfast, they charge $20 per person for breakfast.

Very pleased
Before our trip we read the many reviews. Concerned regarding the negative comments. However we were absolutely pleased with accomadations. Very clean, no bugs, comfortable clinate co trol in the roo, beautiful beach/ ocean review. We wete even lucky to checkin way before the normal check in time.

We requested early check in, even paid extra for an earlier flight because it did not seem like it was a problem. When we arrived we we’re informed that they would not start checking anyone in until 4:00. We were not the only people in this situation. So there is about a half dozen families wandering around for 4 hours. One of the gentlemen pointed out to the front counter that there is no way all the rooms are just magically clean at 4 and there had to be rooms becoming available prior to that but the front desk stood firm on the 4:00. Kicker is the bar in the lobby was not even open. The building could use some maintenance. Housekeeping supposedly only comes every other day but the never showed up. Ran out of toilet paper, towels, everything and had to call them On a more positive note the location was really nice. The oceanfront rooms are right on the ocean. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect location with the beach right outside our balcony! Short walk on beach to dining and shopping. Delicious food and fun drinks. Clean room. Would love to stay forever!

It was all we needed for our stay. The only thing was one bed was full of sand and when we asked for new sheets they were dropped off and we had to make the beds. No one cleaned the room the whole time we were there but we were not in the room much. Liked the parking garage.

Place was desperate need of cleaning and painting. Management needs to do a better job of cleaning the place up. Also, front counter would not give change for washing machine.

Good hotel and pet-friendly which is awesome. Great location right on the beach and close to a few places to eat. Staff were all nice and the area/room was clean. But, WATCH YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGES. We paid in full 2-months prior to our stay via Expedia. I even told the front desk this when we checked-in. BUT, they still put a hold on my debit card for the entire amount when we checked in. The hold came off when we checked out, but it should've never happened in the first place. The front-desk people said it was a "system issue" that the company knows about and is evidently very common for anyone who books through a 3rd-pary. Yet, they don't seem to care enough to fix the issue.

The best part was the view from the balcony but that was it. Most definitely will not be back. One of the beds was badly broken, shower and bathroom had hair in it, bathroom door and balcony door did not lock, desk was broken, and roaches and gnats in the room as well. We dealt with it because we were only there 2 nights. Staff offered to change our room for the last night but, we were iffy about the condition of the other room since this one was so bad. Parking is terrible if you are staying the tower. Oh, they charge you $5 per day to park as well. End result, book somewhere else or if you do, avoid room 534 in the tower.

We came from IL to a funeral and decided to stay with you because we got married in Ft Walton Beach and stayed there over 20 years ago (6/9/01 anniversary date) again. We have decided to make an annual trip to tour destination due to liking it so much and the sentimental value it has with us.

The property is not maintained well. I would never stay there again. Breakfast Buffet not good. NO POOL TOWELS! Carpet in room dirty, sheets looked stained, ceiling was stained, ocean view included looking at a rusted roof and patio furniture was two different types of chairs that were not the same. Shower was dirty.

The garden area was nice and clean and well laid out. The sheets on the bed were not the right size for the mattress.
