The venue and property was spectacular. The views were like none other. The service was terrible!! I ordered champagne to be sent over to a group of friends on several different times one evening and it were never received. On the same evening, I ordered a glass of wine and waited more than thirty minutes for it and had to continuously ask for it. I wish I could say that the lack of service was because the bar/ restaurant was busy, but that was not the case. I was the only person in the bar and the party I was attempting to send over drinks to were the only ones on patio. The next morning, I ordered a coffee in lounge area at 10 am. I was told I needed to order at pool with outside server. What they neglected to tell me that the person who tends to the bar, did not start until noon. At which point I went to the main desk and asked to speak to the manager. Upon listening to my experiences, the manager simply stated that they servers must have been busy. When I assured him that they were not as I was the only one in the lounge, he failed to offer to send the champagne to the party nor did he offer any apologizes. I spent a lot of money to be treated so poorly. Would not go back or recommend this hotel. To bad because the property is spectacular.

Un sitio de sueno, Maravillosso. Tout est beau, calme, le jacuzzi très agréable dans la suite. Des équipements technologiques au top. La restauration petit déjeuner et dîner succulents, avec une belle carte des vins. Le personnel au petit soins, et le spa également très agréable. Un endroit a recommander.

Magical place in the mountains
Magical place! Amazing staff and the food was impecable. We love the holistic preservation of the mountains surrounded by herbs and botanical garden alongside the rosds between the houses and villas. The villa with the pool is worth every penny if you want to have some privacy without having to share space with others in the common pool area, which is also a great place to relax in!

Fantastisk ophold i skønne omgivelser.
Vi havde en fantastisk ferie på VIVOOD. Naturen er skøn, der er mange gode gåruter og hotellet er helt uforstyrret. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

We loved the scenery and the Spa experience was amazing as was our room with our own patio and hot tub - We ate in the Restaurant the service was a little slow our Waitress didn't seem to know what she was doing but could have been her first night one thing please take lots of mosquitoe spray as I did get bittern quit badly but didn't stop the enjoyment and would definitely be going again😊😊

Meget fin service hele vejen igennem. Meget lækkert interiør, 2 gode pools og dejligt swimmingpool område. Dejlig stor grund til en lille gåtur ned til søen. Maden på restauranten var også rigtig god.

El personal muy atento y amable. El desayuno bien. La piscina del spa no se puede utilizar, a no ser que contrates un tratamiento, que en la mayoría de los casos, el tratamiento para dos, es más caro que el precio de la habitación. Las vistas decepcionantes, ya que teníamos en primer plano todo el techo de spa.

Veldig spesielt hotell, vel verdt å oppleve. Veldig rolig og passer best for par, barn har ingen adgang. Fantastisk og våkne til den flotte utsikten over hele dalen. Litt dyr lunsj og middag. Kort vei å gå til Guadelest og Benimantell.

Superbe hôtel avec vue magnifique
Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel au mois d'août 2018. Il y a 2 piscines à débordement avec vue sur la montagne et un calme absolu dans cet havre de paix. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour. Cependant, même si les chambres offrent une vue magnifique, les finitions n'ont pas été bien faites mais cela n'est pas gênant. Lors de notre séjour, nous avons testé le restaurant pour le diner et la nourriture y était vraiment excellente! Je recommande l'épaule d'agneau mijoté pendant 24h!
