나갔다 들어오면 객실 정리가 항상 잘 되어 있어 체인호텔과 비교해도 손색없을 서비스를 받았어요. 아침 조식도 먹을만하고 추천합니다.

A hidden gem in the middle of Fort Galle
After 11 days travelling through beautiful Sri Lanka, Galle was our last stop. We treated ourselves to Fortaleza Landesi (FL) based on Expedia reviews. Architecturally designed in the Dutch colonial style using mainly recycled materials, a boutique hotel with only 3 oversize bedrooms with high ceilings and the most comfortable bed ever. Check in and breakfast is around the corner at Fortaleza Restaurant therefore FL was a little hard to find as the doors to FL are kept closed fir security. Well recommended.

Nice old fashion hotel in a nice part of town
The rooms and the hotel was just exquisite. Whereas many other hotels are trying to pull off the quaint style by shabby cheek furniture, all part of the building and rooms seemed genuinely from the 1880s. The rooms are large and comfy, with plenty of balcony space

3 room hotel. Very interesting concept. Was like an old Plantation Home, even though it was built in 2012. Reconstructed painstakingly to create the look of the 18th Century. In the center of Galle Fort. Excellent breakfast.

最初案内された部屋は４室しかない別棟でした。この日は私以外誰も泊まらない。夜１０時以降はセキュリティしかいないとの事で大変不安感を覚え、宿の人に話して本館に移動しました。その部屋は狭くエントランス近くにあり、おまけに便所排水の臭いに匂いが部屋中に充満しとても不快的な宿泊でした。値段を少し下げてくれると言う話だったら我慢もしたかもしれません。このホテルには二度と行きません。

We stayed longer
Originally we planned to stay only 2 nights, but we stayed longer because it was such a nice experience. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

在斯里兰卡住的最好的酒店，服务生很热情,非常贴心，酒店只有三间房间，非常安静，在加勒老城的入口处不远，很方便很好，非常喜欢

Fabulous old building
Landesi has 3 rooms in recently restored old Dutch building. Luxurious surrounding. Check in around the corner at another building was a bit confusing, but not a problem as helpful staff. Restaurant at other property. Breakfast in spacious rooms near room.

Enjoyed every minute of it
Fotaleza Landesi is absolutely fabulous. The beauty and tranquillity of the place is remarkable as well as the welcoming and excellent service. Loved the garden and the tastefully furnished lounges and dining room. Breakfast was scrumptious and you feel like staying in a private home as there are only three rooms. One of the best places I have stayed ever.
