They always say customer service is everything. While the property is a great property, their customer service remains poor. I booked this property through Expedia, but when I checked out a day early, I was told I needed to contact Expedia. Mind you, when I arrived, I had to pay the property in full. So you would think that if I'm owed a refund, it would be processed by the property. Nope! I was told I needed to contact Expedia....again, even though, I paid the property in full. They were the ones who charged me. And the attitude of the representive was piss poor. She didn't even try to help me, even though I told her it didn't make sense. So I called Expedia, and they told me the property was wrong. I needed to get my refund from the property. Great property to day at, but pray nothing goes wrong. They will not help you...or they will give you a hard time in doing so.
