The condition of the dwelling and our room was very old, smelly, run down. Needs an upgrade for the price. The bathroom had a stench to urine, it was hard to tolerate.The hinges rusty. Water and soda machines out of order. Will not be going back to this hotel and Expedia should not be charging this kind of rate for this hotel. Completely dissapointed.

Solo tiene un solo espejo en el baño, recomiendo colocar un espejo extra en el área de sala o pasillo. Esto demora si se viaja con familia.

The unit is very nice and large. We had a issue with smoke smell in the first room we got but everything was good after that.

The rooms were dirty and dark. Complained to management and nothing was done. Everything was referred back to third party Expedia. What is advertised was not delivered. Would never recommend this property to anyone. Poor customer service !!

Dogs dogs dogs. Barking in the next unit. Marking and peeing everywhere humans walk and eat. This is the result of ineffective pet policies and inconsiderate ignorant pet owners.

Worked out perfectly for me. Single traveler in Weston for a sporting tournament. Location was within 5 minutes from everywhere I wanted to go! Desk guy, Jose, was very efficient and very pleasant. Room was dated but comfortable, and unbeatable for the price. Parking was a bit crowded, but manageable. And, directions to my bldg and room, that was off site from the check in office, could have been just a little bit clearer. Overall, incredibly happy with my choice. Would definitely recommend! I almost certainly will stay here again as I plan on being back in Weston next year.

I liked the setup of the room, TVs were great, kitchen with full refrigerator, burners, coffee pot, toaster was wonderful. My main complaint was we asked housekeeping two times to clean our room, give us new towels, etc. and they never did any of that throughout the 6 nights we were there.

The smell never went away
Room smell like a sewer the whole time we were there . Guy came to the room and sprayed something but the smell came back instead of giving us another room. They sent a text saying they were under staff .

Overpriced room for what you get
Our room didn't work on check in, 2nd room key didn't work until i had to practically rip the door open. Garbage disposal did not work, stunk up the entire kitchen, someone obviously put food down it. Flies came out of the disposal when the water was turned on. This room was not in the main resort, its about a mile away, so don't expect to use any of the amenities. Would not stay again.

They always say customer service is everything. While the property is a great property, their customer service remains poor. I booked this property through Expedia, but when I checked out a day early, I was told I needed to contact Expedia. Mind you, when I arrived, I had to pay the property in full. So you would think that if I'm owed a refund, it would be processed by the property. Nope! I was told I needed to contact Expedia....again, even though, I paid the property in full. They were the ones who charged me. And the attitude of the representive was piss poor. She didn't even try to help me, even though I told her it didn't make sense. So I called Expedia, and they told me the property was wrong. I needed to get my refund from the property. Great property to day at, but pray nothing goes wrong. They will not help you...or they will give you a hard time in doing so.

The decor is a bit dated, but very clean and very well kept - so other than firing the interior decorator, I would stay here anytime I am in South Florida.

One I thing I still like is the price is right for the service you receive. even thou the unit was clean, when you look close you notice a few flaws. The toilet room walls were not clean. They had stains as something smeared down the walls.

Refrigerator was broken in first room, not a big deal it happens. Parking was the most horrible thing i had to deal with there is no way near enough parking near the actual building. Also no ice machine in the building i was staying in. Had to go to the other building on the property to get ice. Other than that it was a nice stay.

I am not crazy about resorts, but was in a pinch and had to stay somewhere. Found the place pretty mundane. You need a car to get food or do much of anything.

Room was nice clean and spacious. Access was easy, Guest service was exceptionally horrible.. Staff and manager. Was hard to work with. Manager had no clue of the operation. I ended up paying for a day twice and they refuse to refund me money unless i pay 131.05 again which was the price for another day. Property doesn't care about it guest... They only watching the money Terrible since there is so many other options... I stayed there from sept. 28th to October 6th. Left on the 6th for another hotel due to the up-and-down with service and managers attitude. Checked into another hotel for the next two weeks am here.

Old and smelly. Wasn't very clean. Dirty handprints on walls, old best up furniture. We had to leave our home after the earthquake. I was thankful for a place to go but it was very over priced for what it is. Wouldn't go there for a vacation or anything.
