Wir waren da als Familie und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. In der Nähe sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel bietet außerdem viele Aktivitäten an, wie zwei Wasserrutschen, mehrere Pools, Fitnessraum usw. Man kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Super venligt personale, mange fine pools - så der er lidt for enhver smag. Super meget larm omkring spisetid! Spisesalen størrelse og mange børn er ikke en god coctail…. Maden ok- noget kedelig og ofte kold.

Mooi hotel, gezellig inrichting. Met groot zwembad. Momenteel nog paar werken aan het doen voor bijkomend zwembad. Er is ook een kinderzwembad apart van het grote zwembad. Persoonlijk vonden we het wel druk aan het zwembad door muziek van 10h tot 17h en animatie voor klein en groot, maar voor mensen die dat wel graag hebben, goed georganiseerd! Mooi uitzicht op de zee en haven. Hou er wel rekening me dat het strand en de winkeltjes een heel stuk lager liggen, te bereiken via een 800 tal trappen en dat er geen shuttlebusje is van het hotel. Je kan natuurlijk wel een taxi nemen. Het buffet is vers en uitgebreid en alle dagen andere keuzes. Heel erg aan te raden als je een hotel zoekt met veel animatie!

We were regular guests at the hotel pre pandemic, but the major remodel in 2021 has made this property into a luxury resort. Front of house staff are friendly; attentive and adhere to support all requests made. Our room was kept spotlessly clean on a daily basis and the dinning hall was filled with a polite and courteous team of which nothing was too much trouble. The improved animation team provided fun and entertaining evening shows; quizzes and daily activities in and around the pool. There is a taxi rank immediately outside the hotel should you require transport and I believe a small shop will be available onsite once the remodel is complete. A stunning hotel; beautiful views at a reasonable price.

Lo mejor es que está todo nuevo, y da gusto, tanto las zonas comunes como las habitaciones. El personal, todos muy amables. Las instalaciones y los servicios son los habituales de la zona, con alguna mejora, como que en el todo incluido las 24 horas tienes alguna cosita para comer y bebidas no alcohólicas. El buffet también está bien. La cerveza, Tropical, muy rica y fresquísima. Sin embargo, el resto de las bebidas, incluido el vino, también son de grifo, y los cubatas no son tales, sino medios. Es decir, medio vaso de tubo, con lo que tienes que ir cada dos por tres a rellenar. Y por supuesto de marcas desconocidas, aunque no por ello estaban mal. Los zumos del desayuno no son naturales. Son pequeños detalles que deslucen un poco una experiencia que en general ha sido satisfactoria, como para volver. Ah! Y las vistas al mar... El hotel es enorme y tiene habitaciones con vistas muy buenas, buenas y regulares. Desde las zonas comunes muy bonitas. Hay bastantes actividades de animación durante el día y un rato por la noche, aunque , eso sí, si no sabes inglés, habrá cosas de las que no te enteres. En Fin, en general, bastante recomendable

Veldig bra for barnefamilier.
Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Veldig hyggelig personale. Hotellet er noe gammelt, men for oss gjorde ikke det noe. I tillegg sa de at det i sommer skal stenges en lang periode for å bli pusset opp, så hvis dere leser dette etter sommeren 2020, så er det trolig ikke aktuelt at det er litt gammelt og slitt. Hyggelig personale. Rent og fint. Super bra for barn, da det er mange andre barn de kan bli kjent med. Var aktiviteter fra to forskjellige Animation-gjenger (en innleid fra Gran Canaria og Ving sine ansatte), så superbra muligheter for å delta på noe hvis barna / de voksne vil det. Alle aktivitetene gjorde at barna fikk veldig mange venner. Snackbaren ved bassenget har bedre utvalg enn det jeg har sett en del andre steder, og enkelte dager tok vi faktisk lunsjen der. (Noe vi aldri har gjort på andre hoteller.). Er det noe som kunne vært bedre, så er det vinen og juicen, men er butikk i nærheten hvis den ikke faller i smak og dette er viktig for deg. (Kan jo være at dere liker den bedre enn meg. Anså ikke det som et stort problem.). Alt i alt er vi veldig fornøyd med hotellet.

Fantastic
My family and I had a fantastic experience in this hotel. When we arrived, we got a bottle of red wine instead of the Champaign that they give as a welcome drink to all guest that is finished. The staffs are friendly, cheerful and service minded. We throughly enjoyed our stay. One thing I think they could improve is their entertainment and the hotel is old . but they said that the hotel will be renovated with in 3 years. So I hope to be back after it is renovated

There are better options in the area.
This hotel is a little worn and torn, the rooms are still nice and it has a great view. The food like on so many all inclusive hotels was not great, but you could still find something to eat. The bar area is a little cramped with chairs and you have to walk through this to get to your room. I guess a thing to note is that you will run into some drunk people during the afternoon and night time. I guess I would have to say that I would probably not go back here, as there are better options in the area.

Ett helt perfekt all inklusive där man inte behövde lämna området. Rent och snyggt fast att lgh var ganska gammal.

Hotellet er godt og maden varierer fra dag til dag. Vi holdt nytårsaften dernede og det var helt perfekt. Både maden, service og hvad de havde gjort ud af det.

no frills hotel, but the service and staff were amazing. all inclusive deal was great, loved the views from the hotel. 2 heated pools+jacuzzi. would gladly stay again.

Det er 3 gangen vi er der på 1 år . Vi bestiller alltid suite med soverom og havutsikt. Rommet vi fikk denne gangen begynte dessverre å bli slitent og trenger å fikses på. Utover det trives vi godt med all inklusive og det faktiske uteanlegget.

A very welcoming hotel, everything to ensure you have a great holiday. Fabulous views, spacious pool and bar areas, large dining room. Big choice of food and drink and all very plentiful. Helpful and attentive staff in the dining room, reception, the bars and entertainment team. Maids, maintenance and kitchen staff all friendly, they all said ‘hola’ and nothing at all was a problem.
