It is stated very clearly on our information that check out time is 11:00, and since we are always full booked, the check out time sometimes is not possible to extend. Also, about your luggage, we offer the possibility to all our guests to leave them at the reception area. We feel sorry that this did not met your expectations for a private storage area, something that is not stated anywhere from Elia Hotels Group.
