만족하지만 몇 가지 아쉬운 점이 있습니다.
그런대로 만족스런 숙박이었습니다. 다만 자그마한 개미들이 객실에 좀 기어다녔습니다. 에어컨이 계속 틀어져 있는데 방향 조절이 어려워 잠 잘 때 건조해지는 점은 아쉬웠습니다.

친구들과 교환학생으로 르아브르에 도착해 기숙사에 들어가기 전 여행다니며 묵을 곳으로 노보텔을 선택했습니다. 처음에는 직원이 호텔스닷컴을 이용할줄 몰라 체크인하는데 애로사항이 있긴 했지만 기차역과 버스정류장이 코앞이라 아주 좋았습니다. 조식포함으로 예약했었는데 조식또한 신선한 빵과 과일들이 맛있어서 만족스러웠습니다. 변기와 욕실이 나뉘어져 있는 곳은 처음이라 생소했지만 냄새나 위생적인 면에서 좋은것 같았습니다. 무료 wifi도 요긴하게 사용했습니다. 청결상태도 확실했고 친구들 모두 만족했습니다. 기숙사에 들어온 지금 novotel이 보일때마다 들어가 묵고싶습니다ㅠㅠ

깨끗하고 시설이 좋아서 가족여행에 좋은 기억으로 남았습니다. 심지어 테이블 아래 식탁도 숨겨져 있어서 룸에서 가족식사를 즐기기에 좋았고요. 와이파이도 잘되고 아침식사도 만족스러웠습니다.가격대비 유럽인 거 감안할 때 정말 훌륭했고 르아브르 해변 자체가 인상적입니다. 다시 간다면 또 묵고 싶습니다.

Excellent confort. Le personnel de l'hôtel au top, accueillant et à l'écoute. Rapport qualité-prix raisonnable et très bon emplacement. Le seul bémol était le restaurant - le menu du jour de 2 repas était quelconque. Pour le prix, je m'attendais à qqc de plus fin. Je suis presque certain que l'escalope de poulet "mariné au citron" n'avait jamais vu de marinade au citron. Le filet de saumon était oubliable. Desserts plutôt bourratifs et anodins - dignes d'une cafétéria de supermarché.

Room Stale Smoke & Unhelpful Reception Staff
The room had a horrible odour and smell. Stale tobacco. Previous guests had been smoking in the room heavily and possibly the room had not been cleaned properly. The staff on reception were very unhelpful and lacked professional customer service skills. Their solution to the problem was to spray the room which would not have worked as the room needed full defumigation and deep clean and would take days/ long time to solve the terrible tobacco smells. We were left waiting for a long time and were advised that the hotel was fully booked, therefore no other options. We asked if we could be moved to another Novotel hotel within an hours drive which apparently was not possible. We asked for a refund under reasonable circumstance but were advised that was not possible too. At one point after one member of staff confirmed on inspection that the room had a terrible odour (the same lady who said the room could be sprayed with chemicals which would have created an awful smell) another staff member appeared and lied to say the room was ok. We eventually left Le Havre and on a busy Saturday night were able to book hotel rooms in Rouen an hours drive away at €270 expense. We will be making a formal complaint to the senior management of Novotel for full compensation and damages. We are a family of 4 (2 young children) it was a very distressing experience and the staff highly unprofessional. We have stayed in many hotels in France but never this before. Disgraceful behaviour.

It happens that guests smoke in the rooms and we have a machine to remove the smell of cigarette. However, when our Housekeeper checked the room she said it did not smell smoke. Moreover, we have a mechanical ventilation system that renews the air in the room.We were fully booked during this period of bank holidays. Le Havre 2023
Fräscht hotell med fina och stora rum. Väldigt bra städat rent. Hotellet i sig känns lite som ett stort studentboende men det störde inte oss. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter i garage bakom hotellet. Dock ligger detta lite utanför stadskärnan och man behöver bil eller åka kommunalt/taxi för att ta sig in till centrum.

Bon hôtel mais…
Un bon hôtel dans l’ensemble mais le discours écologique est à un sens, celui au détriment du client. Avant dans les chambres exécutives, des boissons étaient offertes. Maintenant elles sont retirées pour ne pas produire de déchets. Mais les gobelets jetables demeurent dans les chambres et il n’est pas proposé d’eau gazeuse à la fontaine à eau.
