The staff were fantastic and made our stay enjoyable. The room was pretty tired and worn. A few things didn't work properly, but overall it was probably a decent value for what I paid. . I would probably stay there again, but don't expect a posh , shiny facility.

My room had nasty stains all over the carpet, bed was hard as a rock, walls were dirty and stained as well, asked for a shower mat and was given a used one, the pool was cold and cloudy looking. But the people were nice, happy and pleasant

The best place...
This place was amazing. The staff are over the top excellent. They are friendly, helpful and incredibly hospitable. It is a rare thing to get that level of hospitality theee days.

Only one complaint, the one day I went for the all day breakfast omelette, it wasn't available for 2 hours Good location, not the newest hotel but everything worked, nice hot water (many of my hotels just didn't have it) Would stay here again

This is not my 1st time to stay here. I know the place because we lived before near the area. Great location, close to all. Courteous staff, safe surroundings & complimentary bottled water is a great savings.

Overall the property was comfortable. The toilet seemed to have issues with being able to properly flush a number 2 (bowel movement). It would often take 3 flushes to completely cycle the waste down.

I have always enjoyed this place
I first stayed here in 2013.I have not been back in 6 years and several of the staff recognized me and greeted me.I've stayed here a dozen times thru the years. Lots of variety in the neighborhood from food to crazy nightlife. The beds are comfortable,clean and staff are great. Hotel is maturing and there are newer places nearby but this is my fave.

plenty of insects in washroom. shower broken. Bath tub non functional. iron board available but no iron, if you ask for one it will take 20-25 mins to arrive. Aircon worst than a fan...room always so hot. Internet speed pathetic.....this is condition of a premium category room... not sure how ordinary rooms will be like. Wont stay again in this hotel and wont recommend any one to stay there.

The property really needs a face lift. Everything is pretty old including carpet, walls, decor, etc. there wasn’t really an odor and water pressure and hot water was good. Wi-Fi wasn’t really that great as signal was pretty weak most of the time

The property itself is definitely in need of refurbishment. The best thing about Berjaya is the staff friendliness, helpfulness. They care about their guests and go to great length to ensure your happy, comfortable and feel safe. This location is so close to many restaurants, malls within walking distance. We opted for the free breakfast and were pleased as we started our day with the many food options available and the grill chef made me a wonderful omlette each day. There was live music each evening in the lobby lounge. I do recommend this hotel for its staff, location and dining. I was well pleased with the in room dining as well. Thanks to all the staff. You made our stay wonderful.

Nice location to stay
I've been checking to stay in this hotel many times, but it never materialize until recently. Location is really convenient. Since we lived before close to this area, I know the place & familiar to all places. Close & walking distance to most restaurants, shopping malls, church, spa & others. Taxi ride is easy and with the help of courteous employees, you can feel secured in the place. I only have a feedback on one of the rooms we stayed. Looks like it was never clean, some smell of old room that was never occupied in days, old shower & no bidet.

Rooms are very out dated carpets is dirty washroom has no pressure water its like slowest water tap and also hot water is room temperature not a hot water very disappointed hallways and room has bad smells.

Allways love the staff friendly & helpful with a smile it’s so close too everything clubs bars restaurants live music close too airport can hire a private car food allways available at hotel if u don’t want too go out & relax enjoy live music at berjaya in aircon comfort enyoyed allways there health fruit mix drinks there’s centre mall being hotel with cinema & only 2 kilometres away is another larger mall with cinema & amusement Center there’s much too do near berjaya hotel night life is good there’s a chemist next door & a 24/7 bar & restaurant the owner is philipino nice man chatted often with him love staying at berjaya for all these reasons & more
