We are so sorry for your disappointment in our pricing. We do try to be fair to everyone and our pricing matches the market value of today. Breakfast is a bit costly, but with the cost in rising prices it is difficult to not raise pricing.

I am so sorry you did not have a positive experience. As you know, the outdoor pool is not open in April, and just so you are aware, the Villas are less money in the off season than the price for the on season. As for the restaurant, I do apologize, however you were in a suite with a BBQ, Toaster, Microwave, kettle etc. I do hope that if you come back again, you will enjoy your stay more. The trail is a constant battle with the type wind that we have here. Maintenance does their best to keep it cleaned and clear, however, sometimes, it is really a battle to keep it up. We do appreciate your feedback. It is through this that we are able to improve.

We are always working on improving and the issues that arose should have been addressed before you arrived. Under normal circumstances, we email this information out to our guests but being that we are really not up and running totally, unfortunately, this got missed.
