We compared it to the Holiday express the night before in Ely, Nevada. We were very happy with our experience in Ely. Not so in Pendleton, Oregon. The bed seemed very used. The light in the bathroom went out and stayed out. The tv was small and difficult to use. The breakfast was no where as good as the one in Ely. Quite a disappointment for us.

The ladies at the front desk were super nice. The distance to downtown was great. In the room, there was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker and the TV/cable wouldn’t work. Found the cable box wasn’t even plugged in. The outlet I tried didn’t work. Had to run it through the lamp plug-in. Even after that, we were only able to get the Weather Channel.

Paid for the room on line, and it said there would be a $10 property fee when we check in. That fee isvactually a $100 "incidental" charge, that has to paid on your card, cash not accepted. No mention of it when making reservation.

The hotel room was nice and the service was good too! There were some other guests who were rather loud on our floor, wich was lame, but I suppose it is to be expected. One of those same guests vomited in the parking lot right next to our car, got vomit splash on the car wich was super gross.

Hotel is under construction. First room had no toilet, no water. Staff moved us across the hall, room had a full garbage can and hair on the pillow. Night employee had a visitor here and was standing outside with them, so when I called front desk to complain, nobody answered. I've never felt compelled to write a negative review in my life until now. Traveling with kids, holiday inn express is usually a solid choice. Just not this one 😞

Great stuff . I lost one of my earrings and they found it at the aisle by the room and they called me to let them know they found it . This is our second time there and we definitely will back .

Good room for the price.
Clean room and great breakfast. My room seemed a bit dated. The door would not close on its own power. So, I accidentally left it unsecured and went to breakfast. Other than that it was great.

Check-in was not that great, did not get the top floor that I wanted. A hotel worker act like he was confused on how to change the rooms.

Staff was rude and unpleasant. Not enough staff. We had a truck and trailer, parked on street, however there was a truck and trailer parked in parking lot, we asked staff why they were allowed to park there. Very rudely, they replied with a bogus answer. They didn’t care. Breakfast starting at 6:30am is too late. Why can’t you all be consistent with other Holiday Express hotels? We stayed at the Holiday Express in Evanston and that was a very pleasant hotel, Breakfast was served at 5:30am. Will not be staying at a Holiday Express again!

What a pleasure to stay at this location. No surprises. Quiet, clean, efficient staff, wonderful shower and roomy clean bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with numerous choices. I wish all hotels were this welcoming and comfortable. On par with higher priced chains.

The staff were not at the reception desk all times I went by. Had to wait for them to finish there smoking. Yuck. Still smelled like a cigarette. No restaurant near except a terrible sharis. End of road was dusty dirty.

The staff at the front desk was so friendly and courteous. The view from our room was amazing. The pool was so nice after a long drive. The room was large and we were so comfortable. Everyone was welcoming of our toddler and dog.
