카파도키아 특유의 동굴호텔 분위기를 느낄 수 있어 좋았습니다. 다만 동굴호텔이라 내부가 조금 어둡고 좁긴 했지만 직원분들도 친절히 응대해주시고 조식도 나름 괜찮았습니다. 인근 관광지와의 가까운 위치와 무엇보다 새벽에 벌룬이 뜬 장관을 볼 수 있는 언덕과 매우 가까워서 좋았어요.^^

Sıcak bir aile oteli
Genel olarak konaklama deneyimimden memnun kaldım. Sıcak bir aile oteli. Çalışanlar hep güler yüzlü sorun çözme odaklı ve pozitifler. Oda ve banyo gayet temizdi. Kahvaltı oldukça başarılı. Oda biraz soğuktu ama benim için ciddi bir sorun değildi. Bütün bunlar oteli fiyat performans olarak üst seviyeye taşıyor. Özellikle bahar aylarında tekrar gelmek isterim.

Everything was good, except that the internet was a bit unstable sometimes, but that’s a problem of Göreme itself. The host was extremely helpful with everything we needed. Breakfast was great too!

Thank you for a great time in Cappadocia
If you are looking for a place to stay in Cappadocia I highly recommend Göreme House Hotel. Nice and clean room, beautiful decorations inside the room, excellent service. Comfortable and big bed, good water pressure. Breakfast wise you have a lot to chose from. The staff helped us with all our tours, red tour, green tour, hot air balloon tour, turckysh night, even throw in a free horse back riding tour. The day before our check-out, me and my girlfriend had to go to the hospital, Kemal drove us there, waited for us, drove us around to find an open pharmacy to buy medicine and drove us back to the hotel, free of charge. Overall, excellent staff and service, they will do everything they can for you in order to have a good stay. We would happily return to this hotel if we have the chance.

We chose the Goreme House hotel because of its central location and excellent prices. From the pictures, we could see that it looked to be an authentic Cappadocia area building with a lovely courtyard and terraces with excellent views of the town and many fairy chimneys dotting the landscape. The manager Gokhan and assistant Ahmet were so kind and helpful to us throughout our stay, offering valuable advice and recommendations from transport to restaurants to tours and sights to see. The breakfast there is excellent and a perfect way to start a day full of walking and hiking. The lovely ladies in the kitchen will also make delicious omelettes at no extra charge. This was my 5th visit to Cappadocia but my first stay at Goreme House. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Worst hotel
This is the worst hotel I have ever been in. It was dirty and everything in it was broken. The pictures are deceiving and we had the worst time in the hotel. I can’t imagine how someone can fail to make basic maintenance work like having a working lock, working shower heads, and lights. There was no ventilation in the room and by the way this is not a cave hotel as they claim.

First of all, I would like to say that I do not find your comment realistic. Your sentence about cleanliness is completely unreal. A part of the shower system can not work as I promised within 1 day we replaced it with a new one. You didn't tell me anything else that didn't work, and so everything was broken I don't find your sentence realistic. Even if you purchased a standard room, we upgraded your room to a deluxe room. Finally we do not claim that we are already completely cave hotel, but we have cave rooms. I suggest to you that you do not harm people with lies and false words because of your own high expectations. In the meantime, I recommend you to read the real reviews about our hotel on the website you booked and the other site. Our hotel pictures on all booking sites are real and exactly the same.

Highly recommend!
I would highly recommend this hotel! All of the staff were super helpful (shout out to Nihat who was amazing!!), it is in a great location, you can walk to many restaurants and shops in minutes, the breakfast included is very nice and they provide extra hospitality (water, coffee, tea, etc). You can book all tours through the hotel as well which is helpful.

Great location, walkable to everywhere, especially downtown and viewpoint for hot air balloon. Staff was very friendly and accommodating even with my check in time at 4am.

とても便利な場所にあり、クルマも停めておけたのが助かりました。施設内もこじんまりしてとても素敵なところでした。朝食のレストランからの風景もとても素晴らしかったです！ 裏山を登っていくとカフェと水タバコ屋さんがあり、夜はバーになっています。夜は夜景が楽しめて、昼間は絶景が楽しめます。ギョレメ国立公園にいくと人だらけで、いかにも観光地な写真になってしまいますが、ここは殆ど人が居なくて素晴らしい風景が楽しめます。ガイドブックとかには載ってなくて、地元な電気屋さんと親しくなって連れて行ってもらったので、ギョレメのレストラン、お土産街まで来たのなら、ギョレメハウスの前の道を徒歩10分程上がって、見ていくと得した気分になるとおもいます。

Güler yüzlü çalışanlar, güzel otel konumu
Otel çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve yardım sever. Otelin konumu çok güzel. Odamız biraz küçüktü ancak zamanımızın çoğunu otel dışında geçirdiğimiz için çok bir eksi yanını hissetmedim.

Recommended hotel in Cappadocia.
Stayed in Gôreme House Hotel for 11 nights. The hotel is perfectly situated in Göreme, with only a short walk to all restaurants and shops etc. The service at the hotel was outstanding, with a special thanks to Altug and Görkhan (management) for all assistance and very friendly service. I will recommend booking all activities through the hotel management, as they know all details and can also make it cheaper than booking through internet. The hotel balcony is a perfect place to experience the spectacular view of the hot air ballons flying low over Göreme early each morning. The only negative points are for the nearby Mosque with a Muezzin who start calling for prayer at 04:30 in the morning over speakers on full volume. However, one soon get used to this and sleep through. The other thing is a little slow and unstable internet connection for those who are depending on internet. All in all, I will not hesitate to recommend Göreme House Hotel for a reasonable stay in Cappadocia, and I will come back here the next time!

Convenient location. No A/C and it was impossible to open the window and get a breeze into the bedroom. The shower heads were cheap...one sprayed most of the water out the side of the head and the rainwater head was cracked down the middle and was impossible to direct the spray.

Charming, simple and friendly
The place is very cosy and friendly with a very convenient location for the centre of Goreme and all the attractions. Roof-top terrace (the norm for most of the accommodation in this area) allows a lovely view of the incredible Cappadocia landscapes. Service was fine; the restaurant is only open for breakfast which was quite basic but adequate. The staff brought us freshly cooked additions (different items each morning) as a bonus. The manager actively sought ideas for improvements and our feedback on the stay on our last morning.

Unbeaten value for money. Staff is excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. The location is perfect and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone, we had a very pleasant stay.

一人でダブルルームを3日間利用させていただきました。フロントスタッフの方はナイスガイで、ツアーの予約や支払い方法の相談など、英語力がおぼつかない私に対しても親切に、快く対応してくださいました。

Hotel muy bonito, decorado con buen gusto. Una terrza con buenas vistas. Bien situado. La atencion muy buena y el desayuno tambien.

洞窟ホテルではないけれど、部屋はキレイで、雰囲気抜群です！
洞窟ホテルではないけれど、部屋はキレイで、使い勝手はいいです。 街自体が大きくはないので、交通の不便はありません。 歩いて1,2分のところに小さなスーパーもあり、水などの買い出しは便利です。レストランはそこら中に有りますので不便なし。 オススメは、屋上オープンテラスが自由に使え、そこからの眺めがとてもいいです。ここでゆっくりしてもいいくらい。朝食も、更にその上にあるレストランで無料で取れます。ありがたい。 このホテルから丘の上まで歩いても10分かからないくらい。朝日、無数の気球の離陸、夕日、夜景と隠れたナイスビューなポイントが直ぐそばです。 スタッフがいろいろプランの相談にのってくれたり、親切です。ツアーへ出るにも、ホテル前までの送迎ができ（要相談）、便利です。

Goreme hot house
We stayed there in summer and there was NO fan and NO air conditioning. It was extremely Hot and the windows to open left no privacy at all and no security. The hotel is right next to the speakers so you can hear morning prayer at 4am like they are sitting right next to you.
