The hotel is a bit older so it’s not the best looking inside. The hotel is pet friendly and that was a huge plus. The fee associated with the pet was excellent. However the cleanliness of the pet friendly room was not up to standards. The staff was wonderful and that was also another plus.

Definitely would not stay again. Beds were super uncomfortable and every movement make a loud squeak sound. No elevator. Bathroom needed multiple repairs. One light didn’t work in bedroom. Water pressure sucked and the water smelled. Hallways were hot and smelled bad.

I reserved a pet friendly room. I understand the room wasnt going to be the best. But the sheets were dirt, there was soap scum in the shower, the floor was dirty and there was hair on the pillowcase. I did let the staff know the next day and they gave me clean sheets. The breakfast is not a hot one. It’s more of a grab and go. The ladies in the front were helpful and had great customer service. The pet fee was only $20 so that wasn’t bad compared to other locations.

I can’t believe how comfortable the beds are. Makes me want to move into a hotel instead of owning a home. LoL Receptionist was nice and my room was freshly cleaned. Thanks for the stay. Too bad it’s only for a night but I look forward to my next stay. Definitely coming back and well worth the cheaper price.

Staff were great. They met all my needs and were very friendly and helpful. The interior of our room was not so good. Although it was clean the room looked as though it had a lot of damage by poor construction and guests.

On June 17th 2023 I stayed at 70 Wallace Martin Dr. Hinesville, GA. And I was rubbed when I left some of my stuff on the pick up I was driving. I didn’t get everything I had in my room because I needed to stay there just for one night, but who would know that happened. Everything else with the service and hotel cleanliness was fine.

I dont know what was more GROSS, the room, or the front desk associates nasty attitude! 06/10/23 was our stay. I am so sick and tired of places like this charging $100 a night for this kind of service! You people are disgusting! Dog hair on the bed sheets, and smell of dog! Dog urine on the floor I MOPPED the room myself! Called front desk to bring more sheets, attitude and no apologies! She brought 1 set for 2 beds! Had to go back downstairs and it was downstairs on her phone wouldnt even look up at me when i told her i needed another set, just kept texting walking all the way to the laundry room, gave me another set, didnt apologize again!! Please fire this women! She has no business being in the hospitality industry! Management if you are reading this reach out and give me your direct line! I have pictures of your gross rooms I'd like to share! Oh yeah and one of the pillows had urine stains on it too!

I wouldn’t go back, room services comes knocking on the room 30 mins before check out time very rude demanding to go in. Kindly told her I still have 30 mins before my check out and her response was so rude and uncalled for made my husband and I feel uncomfortable and rushed.

Stay was good. Room was clean. The rear exit area needs work but overall, the hotel is in good shape.

This property had good ratings and a reasonable price so I went there. When I arrived, the lobby was under construction, and the elevator was not working, which caused us to have to take the stairs to the second level. After entering our room and my wife getting a shower she came out to find no towels when she looked behind the door of the bathroom to find a towel. There was a pair of men’s dirty underwear hanging on the back of the door. I told the staff about it and they were friendly but of course we had to relocate rooms all the way to the far end of the hotel after already unpacking all of our stuff.

The room was recently upgraded and was very nice. There was obviously a big push to not have individuals smoke in the rooms as there was not a horrid pot smell that you often find in hotel rooms these days. The carpets in the hallways and need to be replaced in the lobby. It appears that there are still some renovations to be done, but the rooms were great.
