I was rather concerned about the practice that the access code for the lock is sent out only at 3pm on the arrival day; for travelers without cellular service in Italy that is a worry, but we had wifi on the train, so everything worked out well. We came with the vaporetto, five minutes walking from the station: no problem. The apartment looks better from inside than outside; indeed it is a very nice and modern apartment, just what we needed for our three children. Everything in Venice is walkable, one needs to explore a bit, but there is a supermarket in 10-15min distance, as well as various restaurants. It is a bit out of the tourist zone, so a bit quieter, but the tourist places are in easy walking distance. We will be happy to use this apartment again, if we come again to Venice.

Family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) stayed here. Excellent base for exploration of San Marco and other nearby attractions. Bit of a hike from the train station but the vapretto was our friend. Apartment surrounds very very quiet with only 1 cafe in immediate vicinity but it’s all there once you cross the grand canal. Apartment very clean and comfortable (but how about a few hooks to hang up towels or coats). Recommended!

El apartamento está bien ubicado y en buen estado. La limpieza regular, parece que hubieran limpiado deprisa y corriendo. Cuarto de baño limpio, toallas limpias; sin embargo encontramos una colilla debajo de una mesita de noche, el lavavajillas sin vaciar, el microondas sucio y los fogones y azulejos regular... Mejorando esos detalles el apartamento está bastante bien

O apartamento é reformado e estava em ótimas condições, tinha aquecimento e água quente, mas faltaram itens básicos na cozinha (forno, detergente, esponja, açúcar, sal...) e no banheiro (suporte para toalhas, para sabonete e xampu e não tinha tapete). Gastamos comprando coisas que a casa deveria oferecer, como tinha em Roma, Verona e Lisboa, locais por onde passei nesse período. As fotos da cozinha e banheiro do apartamento não aparecem no site.

Was good to have kitchen facilities. Single beds were so so, sheets quite coarse fabric. Rooms were minuscule Good situation. Check in was a hassle. You could only get into the shower if you stepped in sideways with both doors open. Moved to hotel last night and was so much more comfortable and only slightly more expensive, also better situated on Grand Canal

El apartamento está renovado, pero es incómodo. Una de las habitaciones es muy pequeña y no hay ni mesilla. Cama normal, pero sin mantas, nos dicen que en la estación de verano NO las proporcionan....códigos de acceso demasiado evidentes. Por lo demás, muy buena localización y muy limpio. Para 2 o 3 días esta bien

i really don’t recommend this hotel. I really don’t like this apartment. In the evening, the near apartment station will be closed. Then , we need to take off by the water bus in the early station . Also , in the evening, there is so noisy place. Someone will knock the window. Also , even someone walk in the outside, we also heard it. The apartment all facilities is bad.

There weren't enough pillows for the number of people we were paying for. The kitchen was poorly fitted out and the 3pm check in was too late. I didn't like having to check in at an entirely different location to the accommodation - we had to drag our bags around for hours.

The neighborhood was very quiet, no traffic noise at all. The apartment was pretty basic but we each had our own small bedroom there, was a stove, a small friend a TV We could get coffee and pastries at a small coffee shop across the courtyard called 60/40 and it was a short walk to the validator stop. Checking wasn't quite so easy as the office is in a separate location and you have to go there first to pay a oval tax in cash and get the entry code

This property was gorgeous and absolutely one of our favorites; would totally return. It had lots of room (we had 7 of us-parents, grandparents, kids-8, 11, 14) and we had lots of space to sleep and hang out. The bathrooms were great. The washing machine, as an American, was a little tricky to operate (no printed directions) and took 3-4 hours to complete a cycle (without drying) and you will need to purchase your own detergent; we ended up going to a laundromat and doing it all at once. Using water taxis, this was very accessible and definitely a place that we would return to. Check the info that comes after you reserve as you check in with Pleuwy, a management company, since we missed that detail and wandered around for 10-15 minutes looking for office. Overall a great location and highly recommend for a Venice stay, especially with a group or family.

Had to be moved.
We booked in here but were asked to move to another of their hotels as the last guest didn’t leave. This is not what we booked so was not impressed to be moved. The other hotel was close by, but we don’t know what we missed as far as cleaned and convince is concerned. Staff were helpful.

Appartement idéalement situé ! Au calme la terrasse avec ces beaux jours était géniale. Il manque un petit guide indiquant où sont les épiceries et les restaurants faisant des plats à emporter. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la présence du café en bas de l immeuble pour les cafés du matin.

Très bon logement à côté de la place Saint Marc
Voyage en famille. Logement propre et spacieux. Environnement calme. Dernier arrêt du vaporetto avant la place saint Marc. Lave vaisselle et machine à laver pour ceux qui restent longtemps. Seul bémol il s'agit d'un immeuble avec plusieurs appartements avec digicode pour chaque logement. Problème: le même code semble s'appliquer à tous les apparts. Du coup un chinois en vacance au même endroit que nous est rentré en pleine nuit.... Sinon à part ça très bonne adresse

Below average overall. Felt short changed.
The photos of the Accademia Charm Apartments are a bit misleading. The apartment we were given for 2 people was tiny, with a double bed, bathroom and small kitchen all essentially squeezed in, on the ground floor. Doors and walls are thin meaning you hear everyone else coming in and out. Heating didn't work and so was cold and the hot water ran out quickly for showering. Check in is located 25 mins walk, or about 45 mins on the water bus away which was less than convenient. Overall location is great, next to Salute waterboat stop, one away from the main square. Interior is nice enough however. Left feeling a bit short changed. Picture 23&48 is the entirety of the apartment we had. Just adequate if your only sleeping but would recommend you book a proper hotel.

Плюсы - существенны, минусы - незначительны.
Кое-какие фотографии на сайте не совпадают с реальностью (а именно на основании фотографий и принималось решение о бронировании), а в остальном - все хорошо. Хороший район, четкое обслуживание, прекрасная укомплектованность апартаментов. Именно после проживания в этих апартаментах, мы поняли, что больше не хотим бронировать стандартные гостиницы.

The rooftop deck is amazing with views of some buildings on the Grand Canal all the way over to the Giudecca Canal and Island. Our clock was on Salute's bell tower! However, the shutters were out of alignment and very difficult to open and close in the bedroom, meaning you either had no natural light or no privacy without a struggle with shutters. The sofa was flaking pleather (?), the bathroom door didn't latch, the toilet and shower were a step up -- hazardous getting in and out of the shower. There are 53 steep steps to the apartment. But worst were the unannounced workman visits. The first occurred about a week into our stay when a bunch of guys showed up to install an air conditioner on the roof -- in January. Since all our stuff was there and there was no safe, I had to stay behind from the day's activities to mind the apartment. The workmen were there ALL DAY, except for the one or two hours they were gone for lunch -- I couldn't do anything then because I didn't know if they were going to be gone one or two hours, so I spent the second hour just waiting. They tromped up and down the stairs through the loft bedroom and out onto the roof deck leaving a trail of debris in their wake well into the afternoon. About a week after that, four guys show up -- again unannounced -- to look at the bathroom and talk about remodeling it. Yep, it sure needs it, but after all the fuss I made about the first unannounced visit by workmen, you'd think I'd get a text at least

L’appartamento è fatto da ambienti spaziosi, è molto comodo e recentemente restaurato. La camera da letto ha un balcone con un ampio finestrino da cui si gode di una vista splendida. La zona è molto tranquilla!

The office was very helpful with providing details and locations of their office as well as our apartment. It was a little bit far (walking) from the office. I would definitely recommend taking a boat if you have your luggage with you. The location is great once you get there! The apartment is basic and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and it has a sofa and TV. The quality of how the apartment is constructed is strange. For example, the bedroom door doesn't close. And the front door has a code but also appeared not to close properly and not be secure. It also did not match the picture or description we received in the confirmation email (terrace with view of the city). We were on the bottom floor and there was no terrace or view of the city.
