저렴한 가격, 식사, 조그만 풀장 모든게 맘에 들었다. 하지만 후기에 나와있는 닭울음 소리는 정말 싫었다. 닭울음소리만 없다면 다음에 또 갈것 같다. 옆집 식당들 좋았고, 바레 재래시장안에 김치도 파네요. 호이안 외곽이지만 불편하지 않네요. 안방비치 호이안까지 셔틀있어서 1번 타보았네요. 조용한 현지 모습 느끼기에는 딱인것 같아요.

직원들이 친절한 가성비 좋은 호텔
3일 묵었는데 가성비 대비 좋다. 3성임을 감안하면 시설, 조식, 수영장 전반적으로 잘 관리, 운영되는 호텔이라는 느낌을 받았고, 특히 직원들의 서비스는 만족스럽다. 영어소통에 전혀 문제없고, 도움이 필요할때 매끄러운 서비스를 제공했다. 시내와 인근 비치까지 하루 세,네번 무료 셔틀이 운영되서 잘 활용하면 택시비를 아낄수 있다. 바로 앞에 꽤 큰 시장이 있어서 제철과일을 싸게 사먹을수 있는것도 장점이다.

너무 만족 !!!!!!
서양인들이 많이 머물고 한국인은 거의없음 저렴한 호텔비에 비해 조식도 종류가 많고 맛있음! 직원들은 당연히 친철하고 음료접대에 올드타운까지 무료 픽업 서비스도 있어서 너무너무 좋았어요 완전 만족 !!! 또 가고싶어요 수영장 깊이는 2미터까지 있음..깊어요

룸의 가구들이 중후한 맛으로 다소 오래된 맛이긴하나 관리가 잘 되어 있었고, 청결도도 좋다. 리조트내 작은 수영장 주변도 이쁘게 꾸며져 있어 휴식을 즐기기에 충분하고 로비에 포켓볼대도 있어서 리조트내에서 시간을 잠시 보내기에 좋다. 직원들도 모두 친절하였으며 주변관광을 의뢰했을때 친절히 arrange 해주었다. ancient town 과 거리가 좀 있어 걷기엔 무리이나 택시나 셔틀을 타고 움직이기에도 좋다. 조식부페는 훌륭했으며 맛도 좋았다. 다만 새벽녁 주변에서 울어대는 닭들이 있어 새벽잠을 방해하긴했으나 이것또한 자연의 일부이니 나름대로 즐길만(?) 했다. 저렴한 가격에 가성비 좋은 호텔이다. 이불이 포근포근 가볍고 보송하진 않고 목화솜 이불마냥 묵직하였다.

아름답지만 쾌적하지는 않음
처음 방에 들어갔을때 화장실에서 냄새가 났고 방이 매우 꿉꿉하면서 습기가 아주 많이 찬 느낌이 있었다. 나중에 호텔측에서 해결해주려고 노력하여서 어느정도는 개선이 되었다. 호텔 정원은 매우 아름답게 꾸며져 있고 수영장도 아름다웠다. 그러나 전체적으로 시설이 오래되고 낙후되어 있었다. 직원들은 항상 웃고 친절하게 도와주려고 했다. 공항 픽업 서비스를 원하는지 호텔측에서 묻고 있다고 hotels.com을 통해 연락이 왔길래 직접 이메일을 써서 공항 픽업서비스가 필요하다고 말하고 항공편 정보까지 다 주었으나 막상 공항에 도착했을 때는 아무도 없어서 난감했다. 그래서 어렵게 공항에서 보안담당하는 분에게 사정을 얘기하고 전화기를 빌려 통화하였으나 공항픽업 서비스 신청을 받은 적이 없다고 하였다. 나중에 이메일을 서로 찾았으나 서비스를 신청하는 나의 이메일에 대한 답변으로 호텔측에서는 가격을 제시 하였고 ( 가격은 이미 호텔 정보에 나와있어서 알고있는 바) 그 이메일에 대해 또다시 답변을 하지 않았으므로 신청하지 않은 것으로 생각하였다는 설명을 들어서 황당하였다. 처음에 전화통화에서 직원이 우길때는 기분이 다소 상했으나 그 이후 직원들이 친절하여 괜찮았다. 호텔 레스토랑에서 중국식 복음밥을 시켰으나 매우 실망스러웠고 머리카락까지 나와서 얘기하였더니 많이 미안해 하면서 과일과 커피를 서비스로 주었다. 주변에는 갈만한 레스토랑이 없어서 조금 고생하였다. 근처 고다 호텔의 레스토랑에서도 복음밥을 시켰으나 역시 실망스러웠고 바닥에 쥐까지 왔다갔다 해서 기절하는 줄 알았다.

베트남 호이안의 정말 좋은 호텔! 다~ 좋고 아쉬웠던 점은 수영장이 조금 작고 세내랑 좀 떨어져있어서 걸어서 한 번 가봤는데 더운날씨에 걸어서갈 거리는 아닌 것 같아요. 그리고 바나힐가는 택시를 불러달라고했는데 2명인데 중형택시를 불러줘서 비싸게부르는거에요ㅜ 나중에 따로 구했네요ㅜㅜ 그리고 마사지샵 예약해달라니까 자기네도 마사지한다구 해서 브로슈어 봤는데 비쌈...ㅜㅜㅋㅋ 그거말고는 조식도 맛있구 객실도 넓고 깨끗, 직원도 친절하구 인테리어도 맘에들었어요!! 옆에 레드드래곤이란 맛집이 바로옆에있어서 야식도먹고 그랬네요 ㅎㅎ 레드드래곤 사장님도 친절하심 ㅎㅎ 또 가고싶어요!

아주 좋은 호텔입니다.
아담한 호텔이에요~ 일단 가격이 믿을 수없이 저렴했습니다. 관리를 잘하고있다는 느낌이 들었습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 수영장도 상태가 좋았습니다. 조식도 훌륭했구요~ 호이안 다운타운이나 안방비치로가는 무료셔틀을 이용할 수도 있어서 정말 유용했습니다. 이곳의 투숙객은 대부분이 서양인이고 동양인은 거의 없습니다. 유럽인들한테 꽤 유명한 호텔인 듯 했습니다.

가격대비 가성비가 절대적으로 좋았으나 물이 약하게 나오는것과 에어컨이 약해서 불편했던점이 아쉬웠습니다. 직원분들모두 친절했고 베트남분위기가 물씬나는 객실과 정원 붐비지 않는 수영장도 정말좋았습니다. 미니바도 거의 수퍼가격만큼싸서 깜짝놀랐습니다.

친절도 수영장 조식뷔페 청결도 모든면에서 ☆x5
남자 2이서 힐링 여행으로 베트남을 갔고 수영을 좋아해서 호이안쪽 숙박을 찾아보다가 주변 어느곳과는 비교 불가 수영장을 가지고 있었고 (넓이, 깊이, 관상등..) 방이 깨끗하며 조식이 좋고 가격이 믿기 힘들정도로 낮은 로터스후이안부티끄호텔을 선택하게 되었다. 만족도는 별 5개이며 이게 왜 3성급이라 하는지 이해가 안될정도로 전날 다낭시내에 3성급 호텔과 자연스레 비교하게 되었다. 직원들의 친절이 너무 좋아서 체크아웃 후에도 로비에서 직원과 1시간 가량 즐거운 대화를 하였고, 영어를 잘해서 좋았다. 다른곳은 영어를 잘해도 발음이 좋지않은 경우가 많은데 그것을 잘 모르고 '나 영어잘해'라는 마인드로 빠르게 말하는곳이 많아 알아듣기 어려웠는데 이곳은 자기발음에 신경을 쓰면서 최대한 상호간에 이해를 배려한다.

가격을 할인할때 예약해서 3만원대에 예약했는데 가격대비 너무 심하게 훌륭하네요. 조식 정말 맛있습니다. 부족한거 없어서 아침마다 배터지게 먹었구요~ 메뉴도 매일 조금 달라지는 것 같아요~ 숙소 에어컨이며 뜨거운물은 기본이구 제일 좋앗던건 숙소가 조용하고 정원이 정말 예쁨! 베트남 정원같은~ 완전신식이 아니어서 더 좋앗어요 수영장에도 누워잇을수 잇는 공간이랑 그늘진 곳도 잇어서 수영하기 좋구요 서비스도 다 친절하고 얼굴마주칠때마다 웃어주시고 셔틀버스도 잇는데 시간 늦은적이 없이 늘 5분전 대기하고 잇어요ㅋ 아주 만족스러움 3만원대로 너무 좋은 숙소엿다고 생각해요 안좋은점은 문이 카드키가 아님ㅋㅋ 열쇠라서 귀찮아요 ㅜ 그리고 장소가 호이안과 꾸어다이 비치 사이라는 점? 근데 뭐 셔틀무료니까염ㅋ 택시타도 2천원안팍이구요 그래서 매우 만족ㅋㅋㅋ 싼데 맛잇고 좋아 짱 부모님도 같이갓는데 아침맛잇다고 난리셧으요. 입맛안맞아서 고생하던 아부지도 조식으로 배채우시고 밖에선 볶음밥만 드심ㅋㅋ 아 맛사지도 부모님 받아봣는데 25%할인쿠폰 줘서 18달러인가 주고 햇는데 시원하게 잘한다고 합디다ㅋㅋ 자전거도 대여햇는데 컨디션 매우 좋앗스영

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable- beds a little hard for me - but that’s a personal choice. Breakfast very good- but coffee could be better. The hotel has a free bus that takes you to the beach and old town several Rome’s per day. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Lotus Hoi An. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse inégalée. Ils sont toujours prêts à exaucer le moindre de nos désirs. Le buffet déjeuner est varié avec un choix de mets occidentaux et asiatiques. La navette gratuite pour la plage ou la vieille ville est très commode. Il y a un bon choix de restos aux alentours. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans restriction.

Stayed at the hotel before. Enjoyed it, quite comfortable, good value, good location. Service sometimes is a bit off, mostly language barrier but sometimes common sense caused frustration.

A fabulous oasis in the middle of a somwhat chaotic small city. One can relax away from all the noise and traffic. Wonderful and friendly caring staff!

awesome stay and nice down town!
they staff is very friendly and helpful. it's not mainly in downtown but the local area is quite nice and you find something to eat. the pool is a bit hot. the stay was great there. the most we appreciated the free shuttle to down town and to the beach - awesome service! (beach shuttle could maybe drive a bit longer in the evening (: )

This is an older property, but still quite nice. The staff are outstanding and will help in any way. The pool is nice but could do with a clean, but still ok to swim in. The property offers a scheduled free bus service to both the town centre and the beach at various times of the day.

The hotel was comfortable and staff were very helpful. We used the hotel free shuttle to visit Hoi An Town and the hotel’s beach. It all worked well. The Restaurant Manager, Nina, and all the staff were friendly and usually smiled. The only thing we did not like was the hotel’s location was 2.5 km from Hoi An Town. We like to walk and this location challenged our usual approach of walking places. The hotel shuttle was helpful but the schedule did not always meet our needs.

Great Hotel in Hoi An!
This hotel was great for what we were looking for, half way between the beach and the historic old town and a shuttle to both. The service was outstanding, the grounds were kept immaculately and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was really over the top, great cut fresh fruit, several hot items including made to order eggs, sweet pastries, etc. We were impressed. The pool area was well maintained but maybe not suitable for little children as there was no shallow end, but great for adults. We stayed about a week and would have loved to stay longer.

Simply wonderful Hotel, amazing staff, a must see.
In my opinion This is the best places to stay in Hoi An, the rooms are spacious with really comfortable beds, all rooms seem to have at least one balcony which is great, wonderful showers too. The staff are quite simply amazing, nothing Is too much for any of them, we love them. They always have a genuine smile, enquire about your day / night and so professsional, Special mention must go to Jane, Emily, Sen, Miu Miu, Giung. Apologies guys if I spelt anyone’s name wrong. See you next year without a doubt.

旧市街まで徒歩で30分ぐらいかかったが、いい運動になった。部屋はきれいに清掃されていて快適だった。朝食の品数が多ければもっと良かった。
