The property is run with love and passion by the owners. There are beautiful flowers. You fill that they care about guests. Definitlely recommend this motel.

Everything was awesome! Thank you for all your advice, tips and help. Only advice we would give is to add some insulation between the rooms. We could hear snoring through the walls. 😴

America the beautiful
Had a good time on the entry to East Glacier during our overnight at Mountain Pine Motel. We love that it is a family owned operation.

Ryan the proprietor was friendly knowledgeable and efficient. He knew Glacier NP and helped us seem some great local hikes The cabins were warm and comfy and the surrounding town was wonderful

Ryan was wonderful at check-in. He let us know about the eateries in the area and some really awesome things to see inside Glacier National Park. If anyone I know is coming this way and needs to wants to stay on the east side, this is the place.

Super cute little place. Old, but that's part of the charm. The motel was very retro but sparkly clean and the beds had nice linens and were comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again.

Older motor lodge that was taken care of through the years. Clean as clean can be. Small but so so comfortable! Best bed in 3 weeks of traveling. Perfect for East Glacier Park.

Mountain Pine Motel was a great place to stay for the East side of Glacier National Park. It is a very nice almost cabin like room. It was very large, clean, and quiet. The front desk was great. I would choose this motel again for my stay in East Glacier.

Needed a place to stay at the last minute, so took a chance on this hotel and was very pleasantly surprised. Staff was VERY friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about East Glacier, room was clean, bed was comfortable. You can tell they take pride in their hotel. The only caveat is our room did not have air conditioning, which was fine in early June and didn't bother us. There were fans in the room for air circulation. May not be an issue as I don't know the weather in late summer, but wanted to point it out. I would recommend this hotel for a traveler who is budget conscious and looking for someplace to stay on East Glacier, but doesn't want cheap and dirty.

The host Mr. Sherburne was very helpful in all questions regarding hikes, information about bears and general info about the region. He even lended us bearspray for free. Would stay there again.

Throwback motel
Guy that checked us in was so friendly. Gave us tips on what to see. He even gave my mom his box of homemade cinnamon rolls! The rooms were dated and a little damp (rained a ton while we were there). It was more like a cabin but we kind of liked that part. Felt like a 70s vacation stay. Not for someone who prefers high end facilities.

Perfect place to stay for our weekend trip to glacier! Conveniently located close to two medicine and the east side of going to the sun. The owner was super friendly and helpful and had many suggestions for hikes despite the rainy weather!

Unique use of the upper level of auto body building, but it’s really nicely done and exquisite. Great use of old barn wood with story told in entryway.
