better than sleeping on the road
you pay for what you get. First time seeing the night checkin window - a very small roll up window through which you have to check in. Breakfast was awful. Boiled egg and yogurt was pretty much all. Quality brand but this is definitely an outlier.

The owner was on site and greeted me by name the morning after we checked in. That really, really impressed me! He really does care a lot about his guests. He keeps the place very clean and us willing to go above and beyond for his guests. I had to stay at a Holiday Inn Express in Sandy, Utah the next day and wished I could go back to his hotel for another night but our flight left at 6AM the next day in Salt Lake City, so we couldn't stay another night in Price. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this Quality Inn and will most definitely stay again if I ever come to visit Price, UT again someday.

Check was easy and fast. Staff friendly and ask several times when we were out if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Room was clean, beds were great. Mini fridge froze our waters and ice packs which was nice for cooler. Breakfast was served until 10. Great for us late risers. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended to our friends traveling here tomorrow and later this week to visit a family member.

The King room is wonderful. Has updated amenities & quality linens and towels. Very nice! Will return again and stay for longer!

The accommodations were good; however, the pool was horrible. The water was green and murky and it seems the pool wasn’t cleaned and maintained for a while. Breakfast was sub-par, not fresh, and everything had to be microwaved.

I was very disappointed with the demeanor of the owner who checked me in. On arrival I told him I had a reservation and he confirmed I did. He then just stared at me and I told him I was here because I had a reservation. He confirmed my name and said I was not who I said I was. He told me he did not know me and I offered my ID and he said I could say who I was today and I might be “Joe Biden” next week. He finally checked my ID and I informed him I was a below the knee amputee and would appreciate a ground floor room. He told me I was on the fourth floor and there was no elevator. When I was ready to walk away he said he was joking and I was on the first floor. I was cold and wet from riding motorcycle in the rain and I found all this to be quite insulting and it created a horrible impression. To be fair he may have thought he was funny and charming but he was insulting and irritating. The hotel was however very nice and clean but secure parking was very limited.

This hotel looks like it is from the 70's. It is so ugly and worn down and everything is an ugly shade of yellow or brown. The "breakfast buffet" was inedible. The worst part though was the staff!!! We had a big group of people and they messed up all our reservations. We were all locked out of our rooms. The kid at the counter had no idea what he was doing and it took him forever to fix everything. Also they ended up charging my mom for everyone's rooms even though we had already paid for them so we got charged double!!!

The owners are very gracious people who are attentive to needs of occupants. It's a nice hotel that has an adequate breakfast.

Unfriendly and Difficult Management
The manager was neurotic about following my colleagues and I around the building any time he saw us. He checked our rooms to make sure we weren't hiding additional guests. He told us he didn't like that our cars were spaced apart in the parking lot. And he kept asking us what we were doing in Price. I tried to explain that we are professors with Utah State University, and that we were visiting the Eastern campus. But he didn't accept that and instead treated us like criminals the entire time we were there. We were quiet, well-behaved, and only used the hotel to sleep while we were in Price on business. I've never experienced this amount of suspicious treatment at a hotel before. I don't know if this place normally hosts a rougher crowd and that the manager has to be on high alert. But regardless, we're not going back. And I'm suggesting that other staff from USU avoid staying here.

At check in, the deskclerk was hard to understand. When i tried to clarify the reservation info, he became abbusive and accused me of not trusting him because of his race. I felt threatened and canceled my reservation. Was told icouldnt do that. Asked that my information be removed from his computer, he once again yelled at me. No one should stay at this hotel.

Upon checking in (which I booked online) I was immediately demanded that I pay an extra fee even though it was already paid in advance. The man at the reception area had a terrible attitude and was short with me the entire time. He interrupted me every time I spoke and refused to listen. Although the hotel room I’m staying in is clean, I felt like I was met with hostility instead of friendliness. I was unwelcomed there. The man kept side eyeing myself and my daughter as we walked in and went to our room. He made me feel out of place and unsafe. I’m honestly a little concerned to fall asleep tonight with the fear that’s in the back of my mind. I will NOT be staying here again
