Thanks for your positive review and score.As Manager I was very disturbed to read your comment regarding the fire alarm. As I am sure you are aware, our alarms have to be very sensitive and our staff training is under constant review. We clearly need a bit more work with some staff...The alarm system enables us to identify exactly what type of detector has 'gone off', so we can see almost immediately that it is a false alarm. We also have cameras...As to the regularity of these alarms, 'We often have those', was a rather silly thing to say. The alarm goes off maybe once or twice a month!Regarding loud Spanish speaking staff...we don't have any Spanish speakers on our staff...Please report instances like this to our night reception and we would ask the guests to desist

There are two hooks on the door to hang your towels and plenty of space to put towels on bathrooms surfaces. Soap dishes aren't used because 99% of people use bottles of shower gel (either the guest's own or our free ones). Strange that you booked an extra night...
