We have stayed at this location several times. It is going downhill. We requested our room to be cleaned three times during our 4 night stay and it was not…always an excuse that we weren’t on the list or maids didn’t have time.

I liked the breakfast and the cleanliness of my room. I did not like that there was a spill in the elevator that was never cleaned and always a smell like a very strong cologne in the lobby. The staff were all very nice.

The rooms and hallways need a deep cleaning. The elevators need work they sound unsafe and the bathrooms still had hair and dirt from the previous guest. The hotel is not that old but it looks like no one cares and upkeep is not a priority. I would not suggest staying there.

Clean hotel friendly staff. The room was for three people with a pull out couch. There were no linens for the pull out bed and the in room phone didn’t work.

Front desk could not give me the room I requested due to lack of housekeeping staff . Trash accumulation (in large bags) near elevators and ice machine . I guess no one available to take it to the dumpster . I love this property and have stayed here many times , but staffing issues need to be resolved . Otherwise , it was clean and smelled fresh .

Don't call reservations with a question.
I expected more being Hampton. Everything was good till the next morning when we went to take showers. Our shower door would not stay shut. I ended up putting a wet rag beind the top roller to keep it shut. Door did not meet the wall of shower. The shower itself was very bad. I am allergic to mold and being there was caulked mold i could only stay in there for about 10 minutes. The toilet paper we had was tissue thin. I called the hotel number listed on the website and asked if their hit tub was in working order. We were told yes. Upon arrival we were told it was closed for the season.and that i must have talked to reservations and not them. EVERYONE should be on board with ammenities at hotels if your company is that big. The breakfast was very good. A lot of selections however they had a coffee issue and was low on coffee that morning. This hotel is very pet friendly as well.

We booked a room with two queen beds for three adults. We got a single king with a sofa. The front desk did not mention this and did not offer sheets. The room was dirty. We asked for new sheets for both sofa and bed. when we picked them up, front desk said they'd moved it to a "better" room and gave us the keys. The other room was not better so we stayed where we were. They said the manager would call but they did not. Breakfast area was good though and staff were very helpful there.

I was disappointed that the gym equipment is not maintiained. Out of 3 treadmills, only 1 was working. 2 bikes and neither worked, and an elliptical that was so squeeky It was not useable. This is not expressed online, and i often book based off the gym. So, the photos are nice, but due to no maintenance, the equipment is unuseable.

My room had hair in the shower, towel and bathroom floor upon checking in. Also, the outlets on the nightstands should be replaced due to their lack of ability to hold a plug in place. Also, the hallways were warm, not sure why, but they were. Other than that my overall stay was great due to the proximity of shopping, dining and entertainment.

The room was clean and quiet. The one thing I did not like was the TV was over to the right side. I am unable to lay very long on my right side nor keep my neck turned that way. I went down to the desk and the comment I received was it swivels. Not in a mean way but swiveling does not help the location. I asked if all the rooms were like this and she said yes. My cousin arrived later that day. Her TV was more in the middle at the foot of the bed. This was definitely not an issue to ruin my trip. This staff member was sweet. I just think the room set up was not considering those with problems. I sleep to the sound of TV. I ended up laying down with my head at the foot of the bed and that's how I slept
