had big problem when i pay the bills in the reception the lady in the reception was very inpleasant, angry on my request to divide bills by meals/taxes/shuttle in general, had pleasant stay but only problem with service in the reception

Ac was down entire floor for too long i didnt enjoy my 1st day . A good hotel that i used to love staying but i didnt go there for few years but they need to work on planned maintenance to keep it clean and well maintained and plesant .

Staff was fantastic. Our bathroom flooded because the drain clogged and some of the lights didnt work. The bed wasnt comfortable but it was right in town and a GREAT location.

I had roaches in my bathroom. They tried charging us tourism tax and VAT tax on two seperate transactions after they took payment for our 3 night stay at check in. The staff was rude and incompetent.

Good hotel
It was fine, centrally located, nice balcony overlooking the city. They charged me an extra tax when I checked out even though i showed them it had been paid online.

Good hotel
I stayed at the Hotel Fleur de Lys for four nights in April 2021. The hotel was generally quite good and offered the full range of services I would expect from a business hotel: a very full breakfast buffet, in-room safe and refrigerator, money exchange, assistance with arranging transport to and from the airport, and excellent wifi. The front office staff were responsive and professional. All-in-all I was quite satisfied with my stay. That said, there were a few small issues which detracted somewhat from the hotel experience. I was unable to open the in-room safe on arrival, and in spite of two separate requests for it to be repaired, no one ever came to fix it, and I was unable to use the safe during my stay. I believe that was an issue with the repair person rather than with the front desk staff. Also, a power outage just as I was preparing to check out made it impossible for me to pay with a credit card, since the hotel had no back-up power system and their credit card machine and internet service were off-line. At some point during my last day at the hotel the air conditioning stopped working, and I was reluctant to ask the desk to service it, given my experience with the in-room safe. Fortunately the weather outside was cool, and I opened the balcony door to cool off the room. I would certainly stay here again, especially in consideration of the limited range of options in downtown Dakar.

Functional hotel in the center of busy city!
1. Functional, clean and comfortable room 2. Good breakfast with nice variety of food and great view of the city from second top floor of the hotel 3. Helpful reception staff but not all speak English to brash-up on your basic French 4. Close to some of the local attractions and local market

Convenient Hotel in city center on a side street
1. Hotel is in good central location with in the walking distance to local market and few very good restaurants. 2. The area is relatively quiet but this will depend on which side of the hotel you get your room. 3. Room was functional and comfortable but relatively dark. 4. The reception staff was helpful but not all members speak English so if you can brash-up on your French. 5. Good breakfast with reasonable choices on the second top floor of the hotel with helpful staff 6. Great view of Dakar from the breakfast room!

Buona struttura personale ottimo cortese e molto disponibile in compenso anche se la struttura e pulita avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione almeno nei bagni ii due ristoranti uno al piano terreno e uno al dodicesimo piano con una terrazza che offre una bella vista panoramica su tutta la città e mare con una bella piccola piscina , però il menu e un po’ scarso , la colazione a buffet e ottima e completa e viene servita al undicesimo piano dove ci sono solo vetrate per cui anche lì si a una bella panoramica su città e mare
