Do not depend on the Free Wi-Fi from hotel. Pros: * Clean property * Round the clock room service * Nice restaurants * Great staff. I can't thank the staff enough Cons: * The Wi-Fi is terrible. You have to get a password every 12 hours or so. It keeps expiring in the most inopportune of moments. You get about 1.5mbps down and 0.6mbps uplink. You can't really do video conference or Netflix on this connection. * It's noisy in the night. You hear cars trying to back up and what sounded like 100 dogs fighting multiple times every night

the staff was not able to confirm that I left the hotel earlier than planned (discussed unnecessary). Wifi code was not valid during the stay as I had to ask the code every day. My room was alway smelling after cigarette very intense. It was very loud every evening / early morning music (Dhol). It wasn't pleasant during the stay.

Bad front desk staff
No sense of customer service. If you book through Expedia they hate it and treat you as if you are staying for free.

Nice hotel .
My guest stayed at hotel. They were very happy. However there were confusion about the reservation as Expedia did not inform the hotel about the booking. However after intervention of higher management the problem was resolved.

They are least interested in Internet booking
I had to stay in this hotel for a marriage function. Lousy room and delayed service.Ac not working inspite of complaints they fixed a pedestal fan. Will never recommend any one.

Will Stay again..BUT..!!!
We stayed there for 2 days. First impression, very clean, very professional comfortable hotel. Check in was fast, room was clean in day..but in night..there is a banquet hall which was playing loud music..which was literally really loud...On complaining about it the answer I got was "Music should stop at 1:00AM" So, basically we couldnt sleep till 1 AM. This was story for both days. Next time I go to this hotel, I will make sure that they do NOT give me a room which was towards the banquet hall. Breakfast was phenomenal.

Boas acomodações. Quarto e banheiro limpos. Serviço muito ruim. Tivemos problemas tanto no check in quanto no check-out. Próximo ao aeroporto, mas localizado numa via com muito trânsito.

Not a business class hotel at all.
Hotel is good for banquettes. In room dining is exorbitantly expensive. Hence, not value for money. Otherwise, hotel staff is pleasing, cooperative and supportive. But they expect tips for everything they do for guests, which is not a good sign for a four star hotel.

stuffy and hot
The room was hot and stuffy. There was no thermostat to regulate the room temp. We had to arrange a fan to make the room a bit comfortable to sleep thru the night.

The food is extremely expensive. THe hotel is wonderful to stay and staff is really co operative.

Best in the locality
Overall pleasant experience. Food is good and the staff is cooperative. Only issue is with the mattress, its too soft and uncomfortable. Cotton mattress are always better. I could not sleep the whole night.

Unfriendly staff/invisible
Not worth of money. Girl at reception didn't even smile the whole time and had poker face on. TV didn't work. Room was neat and tidy tho. The only good thing I can think of about this hotel.

Good hotel.
Hotel is excellent. But in the early morning they switched off the central AC. For people like me coming from Mumbai, it was uncomfortable. They should give a manual override at each hotel room so that the temperature can be controlled at room level.
