Small room but clean. Both staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. At door parking. Decent option if you’re looking for low cost lodging. Similar to Motel 6.

We stay at many lower priced hotels on our trips. Sometimes we are pleasantly surprised. This time not so m. Rom was ok. Internet worked. There basically isn’t a breakfast. I would have chosen a different hotel if I knew they set out one table in the reception area and you couldn’t even get toast.

It’s say’s continental breakfast nothing hot! And we have milk 2 type of cereal and 2 type of juice hot coffee and muffins! I told you upon check in and you know where the breakfast area is! So you can cancel before you go in your room! We are happy to give you free cancellation before check in! Make sure when you get a room in future you make sure what they serve in breakfast before you check in! And sorry for the inconvenience!

It’s says that free continental breakfast nothing hot! And it’s not only coffee there’s 2 types of juice and 2 types of cereals and muffins! who serves hot cereals?

You don’t even stay here! And made reservations for some homeless people and don’t even know how to make a reservation for someone else so keep your attitude with you! It’s took me hours to explain to you how reservation work and you still don’t understand! The guy who staying is understand that how reservation work but you don’t so don’t even says that we are unprofessional and rude!

The property is older but the room we stayed in looked like it has been updated. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was tiny. We were in the area visiting family so only needed a place to sleep. Breakfast offered but we did not take advantage of that offering. Short drive to places to eat, Wal-Mart, Starbucks, Aldi's and gas stations. Also close to the highway to get to KC fast. The stay was nice and just what we needed.

They just throw all belongings away instead of letting you get them if forgotten

Nicely Updated
This is an older motel and very affordable. The owners have done many updates, bed was nice with good mattress and pillows, stylish headboard. Shower was newly tiled with new faucet. The sink vanity counter was a little high for face washing (my only complaint). Room had new mini-fridge, microwave and coffee-maker. Also grab-n-go breakfast in the lobby. My daughter had an issue with their door not locking and motel staff fixed it within 10 minutes, keeping us on-time for my nephew's wedding.

Very old but cheap remodeling. Chair in room was very dirty. Seal on the bottom of entry door was half missing so light shown in from parking lot lights. I put a towel across the floor like a draft blocker to keep bugs out. Bed was ok. Pillows were good. Older gentleman working both days was a complainer about long shifts and no one wanting to work. That same employee sat in a lobby chair and stood outside smoking a lot!

For the price and quick place to stop and stay it was ok. Sketchy people hanging around outside at midnight when we arrived. Bathroom door wouldn't shut, hotel room door barely shut-floor was uneven and door didn't want to open and close. Clean enough and staff was friendly.

The staff was friendly, the extended continental decent, and it was all fairly clean. I did however rent a room for THREE adults, and I was given a room with 1 king bed, no pullout. The room was really small. I asked about the 3rd person after I had checked in, and didn’t receive a response. I also wanted a handicap room and they have one that was occupied for the next 3 weeks, the desk clerk told me. I would stay here again, since I have family near by, but I would make sure they were clear on what I was booking. I woukdnt want to have to go buy another blow up mattress or drag my own shower chair.

No complaints what so ever. Excellent check in, friendly service. Room far exceeded our expectations. Had all the amenities normally found in five star motels. Very impressed with everything not to mention a very affordable rate. Highly recommend this motel to anyone wanting excellent service, affordable rates and courteous staff. All our heartfelt thanks to the owners, management and staff.

Was a little more run down than we expected. Office is not marked so you don't know where to go to check in. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean but back side of doors were dirty. All the light bulbs were "super bright" and need to be a lower color, (we had to unscrew several). Front door needed a bottom seal and Could see light around Heat / A/C unit. For the cost, it is a basic place to sleep for a couple nights but don't expect fancy!

Comfort Doesn’t Have to be Expensive
Our room was small but comfortable. It was clean, but could use some detailing, like scrubbing the bathroom floor especially in the corner spaces and washing the blanket on the bed. I appreciated the updates in decor and furnishings. For the money, it was fine.

The parking isn't the best I had to park 8 doors down from my room which was inconvenient to say the least, the wifi didn't work half of the time and the water wasn't very hot even turned all the way up. It was clean though.

The room was small for a single mom with two kids, but that just made it easier to heat. No concerns with safety of the area or the property, and very close to grandma's house, which is the reason for the trip and the stay. Very pleased that an affordable and convenient option was readily available.
