Bad checkin
Check in was rediculous no one on site had to call a number that person said he would send someone left me standing out in the cold then they called had to go to a gas station to get my key very bad Door knob was falling off Was clean

Property was being remodeled. Table saw going, hammering, loud music playing by the workers. I was put in the room right next to the room they were working on, when there were clearly other rooms available.

Poor experience, will not return!!
Will not return!!! Staff was rude and did not want to honor booking price from hotels.com. After we finally got into a room, it was not as expected. Bed was supposed to be a queen but was a full size bed with 2 small pillows. The only light in the room was a super bright ceiling light. No bedside lamps. The water in the shower was luke warm and the shower curtain fell multiple times during the stay. The bathroom was small enough that a 5 foot tall person had to sit sideways on the toilet because of the wall. There was a smoke detector that beeped a low battery warning the entire stay (not our room). Overall the room was clean and the furniture was new, but not a positive experience.

Good stay
This is a lovely basic family owned & run motel. It caters to truckers and other travellers. It is right on Hwy 30, so there is a lot of traffic and many trucks going by. They are in the midst of renovating rooms. The room I had, had been renovated, and the room next door was in process of being renovated. However, the work didn't start until a decent hour of after 9 am. The bed was comfortable. It had a fridge and microwave oven. The rooms are small, but functional.

We stayed here over Columbus Day weekend. Due to traffic we arrived late, but the staff not only checked in with us, but had a few snacks waiting for us, too. Raj and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean, updated and safe. We will be back next year.

The room was a little outdated and had a strong smell of cleaner. Other than going to sleep I wouldn't want to spend any time there.

Great find!
Check in was easy. The rooms just were updated and they are still working on them. The one room closest to highway is very noisy. My father in law had that room and said he heard trucks all night but he said it didn't bother him too much. We sleep with a fan on high for white noise so we didn't hear anything. The bed was a little hard and definite bring your own soap. The soap had no lather...just something that is important to me. The location is great with surrounding things to see. We would definitely stay here again! Rooms were clean!

Nice, comfortable stay for our short weekend trip. Friendly, welcoming service from Raj and Nipul. We rented 3 rooms and all were clean and as expected for a motel. On main road in Ronks, conveniently located within minutes to Lancaster. There’s a gas station next door that offers Dunkin & Pizza Hut, as well as pretty good coffee (hotel did not offer as advertised) looks like They are in the process of updating rooms, materials and dumpster outside with some rooms out of service. But our rooms were well kept and maybe recently updated. I’d suggest they add towel racks for wet towels and something to hang clothes on. But overall our stay was pleasant and quiet.

Seriously, only good if you need to crash for a bit, otherwise, run the other way. Safety hazard city! The smoke detector was in the dresser drawer and was not functional. There were multiple extension cords plugged into each other. The gfir outlet near the bathroom sink was cracked, not working and a fire hazard within itself.

The couple running the motel were delightful- my room was newly renovated and other rooms were in the process. Location was good. Only concern was that there was no deadbolt or other security on the door…just the little handle lock. As a solo female traveler not the best - that said it was all a great value

Perfect stay every time!!! Clean, quiet and intimate. Nice rooms and friendly staff. I’m a travel nurse and I stay there weekly!! Great place to stay while in Lancaster:)

Would recommend
Raj and Nipul were very nice and helpful. The room was always clean and stocked with towels. The only recommendation I would have is put a trash can in the outside patio because trash was left on tables and looked messy

What a treat it was to stay at the motel. Raj and Nipul are so accommodating and even gave us some snacks upon arrival. Early check in at 2 pm which was so convenient. If you need them for anything there is a buzzer and their phone number listed on the door and they do answer. The rooms are not modern but that was ok with us. They were comfortable, safe and super clean. We had 2 rooms side by side and all of us slept like a log! When we left, Raj came out to the car to wish us a happy and safe trip back. Even though this hotel is not updated with the latest items, it is now our go to hotel in Lancaster. We have just booked with them again! Thank you Raj and Nipul!

Comfortable and affordable
Rooms were very clean. Employees very nice. For me it was all I could ask for. The main road nearby is a bit loud but it wasn't so bad that it kept me awake.

The man at the desk was a gem! I needed early check in fir a wedding later and he literally called me and let me know as soon as 1st room was cleaned!! We got checked on by 12 an on our way. The motel is old but other then that it was clean and comfortable for a night or 2 stay..Definitely would stay again if in that area.

We liked the location, close to outlets and restaurants. Room was good for the price. Didn't like narrow shower (barely big enough to turn around in) and shower head small with four holes and low volume water more like a spray mist. I barely felt wet.

The motel was very convenient to the area. Close to everything we wanted to do, flea markets, Sight and Sounds Theatre, plenty of shopping and close to the Amish Countryside. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. A great place to stay for a good nights sleep before a fun day.

Take and his wife are wonderful hosts. They were pleasant, helpful, always ready to assist. The room was spotless and smelled fresh and welcoming. Very cozy and quiet, comfortable beds and pillows with a very updated shower.

Better than expected!
Such a cute little motel. The owner is so nice and friendly. Felt very welcome. My besties and I needed an affordable place to spend the night so we could enjoy our weekend getaway in beautiful Lancaster. Our room was recently renovated and very nice. We will definitely be back.

I'm frequently in Lancaster for work. I decided to try a different motel and am so glad I did. The owner was so friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean. There's a really nice area to sit outside if someone wants to. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Lots of motels did away with the coffee pots and microwaves so this was awesome. And no smoking! Other motels say no smoking but then the rooms smell really bad like cigarettes and marijuana. I have nothing against anyone who wants to use them, but as a nonsmoker, I didn't like the smell coming from the other rooms into mine. The owner also gave me some free snacks and a coupon for the Pizza Hut next door. Will definitely stay here again!

Why did i stay to deal rude front desk people
The people that at the front desk are a couple they are just employed by the hotel an stay for free to work but that not the issues are rude i asked for clean sheets an he said o you must had dirty them just making feel bad for wanting clean sheets they like yell a lot an the dont own it they work to stay

Good value. Room was small, not much decor. But clean, comfortable, quiet. Had everything we needed, and close to where we were going. Owners/staff were very friendly. We would stay here again if we're back in the area.

The room was extremely nice. I loved the blanket because it was very soft, fuzzy and warm. The staff was very nice. It was very clean. There was a truck stop next door so food was in walking distance. The wifi wasn't the greatest though. If it connected it would disconnect a minute later.

They always put me in room 7 and shower is to closed in and the shower head is to high and it hit the shower wall and it tough to take a shower..but overall nice place
