We provide a 24-hour reception service. Unless you call, we have no idea about the problem you are experiencing in your room. Tout d'abord, merci pour votre commentaire..Cependant, vous avez dit "l'emplacement est médiocre"..cela nous a bouleversés...Nous sommes à distance de marche des centres commerciaux et du parc Avcılar Beach sur le la plus grande route principale d'Istanbul.De plus, l'arrêt de métrobus est juste en face de l'hôtel (arrêt İ .B.B.).Nous aimerions vous accueillir à nouveau dans notre hôtel dès que possible.Cordialement
