Located downtown SJ on outskirt. VTA light rail across the street. Close easy access to 3 freeways (880 101 87). Park across the street and only 3 blocks away. Dogs allowed, close to Reed Street off leash dog park. Close to airport. Friendly staff from managrment to nite time security. I am temporary "living" here and feel at home. They supply all the basic Necessities for your kitchen and living pots pans ect..Jonathan, nite security, very polite. As a sibgle female I feel safe here even coming ho.e late after work.

Room was dirty, carpet filthy and stained. Cockroaches in the room and bathroom. No trashcans available in the room. Bathroom was dirty, stained and didn’t work (water tank didn’t filled up). Leaking shower.

I did not anticipate the location of the hotel to be as "questionable" as it was. The general appearance is run down, hallway carpets were dirty. Room amenities were sparse and at times non existent (i.e. 2 small bars of soap).

Not again..
We had to wait 45 minutes after check in room because it was not ready. Instead of 2 queen beds we got 1 king and a sofa bed, which was no comfortable and not enough pillows. Went to get some breakfast at 8am no more coffee all we got was muffins because I asked if they had anything in back.

The parking lot and surrounding area was full of vagrants and suspicious individuals. There were cars overflowing with personal property parked on site and children riding their bikes straight out of the hotel. The rooms were mediocre at best. I checked in, decided I did not feel safe staying as a solo traveler once I saw my room, and immediately checked out. The front desk attendant was kind and apologetic, and did issue a refund, which I was not expecting. This property felt more like a local apartment complex than a hotel.

When you pull in there’s homeless roaming the parking lot. They are drinking and clearly using drugs, the cops even showed up at one point and didn’t even kick them out. It smells like cigarettes and weed in the halls and there is no ice machine. The inside of the room was clean and if you don’t have to leave your room just stay inside. My fault for not checking the area but it’s ghetto to say the least

This place is literally filthy, trash everywhere, the entire property smells. I have never seen a place like this. In other words “the worst place ever” They put me on the 3rd floor, 3 doors before the emergency exit, an emergency exit that was blocked by a trash mountain.

Very dirty and unkempt. There's really not a breakfast. Just coffee and some wrapped things like granola bars. It's a rough part of town and they have security gates, but one of them was just open the whole time I was there. It seems to attract ... interesting people.

The location was terrible parking lot was full of homeless people, junk cars were on the parking. When I arrived police was busy to handcuff a man at the parking. There is no free breakfast it is a big lie only coffee with no milk. Roaches were freely walking around the kitchen cabinets. Stay away from this hotel it is not safe.

We will come back to stay
The room was just like it was shown in the picture. It’s was clean and comfy. Has a studio kitchen, but anything you need for it you have to get from lobby. No ice machines on property, no vending machines. But what was the most important part of our stay was it was clean, and allowed my furbaby. No pups allowed, I will go somewhere else. We’d stay here again. Staff was really nice

I will not advise anyone not to stay here, just read this and you be your own advisor. It is not fun to wake up at 1 a.m. and find roaches all over the area in your room. This place was by far THE WORST HOTEL i have stayed. Right at the entrance i noticed a funny smell to it. Towels are handed out to you at the counter. And even some employees said the area isn't safe at one point THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE ADVISED A CUSTOMER TO GO DOWN THE STREET TO THE NEXT HOTEL. but the worst part is finding out the homeless ppl do break ins. And having the company of unwanted roaches all over the unit. Really bad quality of cabinets and towels were so old. So much that we ended up leaving to another hotel the same night and ask for a refund

Although we follow the most rigorous industry standards when it comes to the cleanliness and pest control of our rooms, the room you occupied will get a deep cleaning as a precaution. Check in was fast but we where very disappointed with the room, no sheets, no blankets, no pillow covers, trash left behind, no toiletries, we then got moved to another room that was complete but this hotel really needs to improve on the cleaning, it’s also outdated, I will definitely not stay again

Very dirty poorly kept. Cigarette butts in elevator Entire facility was dirty, trash in parking lot. Stains on carpet When I opened the pull out couch it was filled with trash (left over food). Had to dust off the mattress before putting bedding on. Worst experience ever.
