The hotel was clean and the staff was great. There is not a washer and dryer. The listing mentioned "breakfast buffet" which was a deciding factor in selecting this hotel but it was a disappointment considering the higher cost compared to other hotels. If breakfast isn't important, this is a good place to stay.

When we got there it was a little more run down than the pictures and there was hair on the tub. When we told the desk about the hair they took care of it promptly! Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful!

This is an older property in need of a refresh. The location is convenient but noisy. Plenty of dining options nearby, easy access to I-75 and parking okay. Just long in the tooth.

WE LIKED CHECK IN PERSON; WE DIDN'T LIKE THAT WE DIDN'T GET OUR "POINTS" BECAUSE WE HAD USED A THIRD PARTY TO SECURE OUR ROOM. POINTS SHOULD BE GIVEN EVEN IF A THIRD PARTY IS USED .... IT WOULD MAKE UP IN RECOMMENDATIONS, COMMENTS ABOUT IHG - SUGGESTION TO CONSIDER CHANGING THAT. THE COOLING/HEATING SYSTEM IN THE ROOM WAS QUITE LOUD, BUT THE ROOM WAS LARGE. ALSO, THE TV COULD BE MOUNTED ON THE WALL AND FREE UP MORE SPACE TO PUT LUGGAGE ON. WE COULDN'T EVEN GET TWO SMALL SUITCASES ON THE AREA FOR LUGGAGE. MOUNT THE TV, EXTEND THE AREA FOR THE LUGGAGE AND THEN YOU COULD LEAVE THE LARGER DESK....BUT YOU NEED TO HAVE MORE LUGGAGE SPACE. ALSO, WE STAYED AT A DIFFERENT BRAND AND THEY HAD HOOKS ACTUALLY AT THE ENTRY WALL = CLASSY HOOKS FOR JACKETS. SUGGEST YOU DO THAT TOO.

Hotel appeared to be understaffed. Room had a bad musty/ mildew smell. Breakfast was terrible. We were in town for a wedding. We knew we would be out late the night before so we were looking for a hotel that served breakfast until at least 9:30, That”s why we chose this hotel. We arrived for breakfast at 8:40am and there was nothing left, not even a coffee cup, Talked to the "manager" who informed us if we wanted breakfast we needed to be down before 8am. She refused to bring anything else out. It was obvious breakfast was put out at 7am and then not attended to until it was cleaned up at 9:30. Nobody working the breakfast area, tables were dirty. Definitely not up to health standards. When we were leaving for the day the manager said, "now you make sure to get down here tomorrow before 8 if you want breakfast!!" (in a very condescending tone ) This is not what you advertised! Management needs training. Definitely not the Marriott experience.

Our room was clean and comfortable, after initially being assigned a room that was not ready for guests. Wi-Fi was down during our stay - frustrating! And the breakfast was rather spartan/bland. Occupancy seemed light, so our room was quiet, and the area around the hotel seemed nice and safe, including a large grocery, a couple of local restaurants, a Subway and other amenities.

i booked and paid for one night on expedia. I was then also charged for 2 more nights on my credit card. i've made 2 calls to facility. One night was removed but I'm still awaiting credit for the second overcharge.

Worst Fairfield Inn we have ever stayed in.
I rarely ever complain but the room we got was terrible. I order a larger room with king bed an sofa bed and we got an extra small room. I should have complained then but we were tired and wanted to just relax. If I would have checked the bed I would have asked to change. We were in room 310 and the matress is just horrible. You can not lay on the one side of the bed because it slopes so badly. The management needs to get involved and change this matress out. This is the worst Fairfield Inn we have ever stayed at.

Not happy!!
The bathroom had hair on the floor and when you closed the bathroom door.. It had not been swept. The sheets would not stay on the mattress. Overall .. will never stay there again. Also, charged for room and I had already paid thru another way.

Comfortable stay
The staff were very pleasant! The room was very comfortable. The shower area was poorly lit. The window overlooked a wall, which we did not like at all! Breakfast was good and glad to see that it was served before 7:00am so we could hit the road early.

Very comfortable bed.
The staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. The complaint we had was the cigarette smell emitted by the a/c heat unit. I asked for and made reservations for a non-smoking room.

A clean spot to stay after a long drive!
The lobby and rooms were very clean - hot coffee and tea always available. The young lady that checked us in was very kind and did so quickly. We were tired from about 11 hours of driving and a clean room, conveniently located, with excellent water pressure for a shower was tremendous. Very impressed and will stay again in the future.
