We needed a place to stay until we were able to board our Cruise the next. It was only 15 minutes from the port and loved the lounge and sitting area. Very relaxing.

The staff was super kind and helpful. The room service and cleaning staff were also kind and helpful. The facility was clean overall. The pool was cloudy and didnt appear very clean. There weren’t towels at the pool either. The food service was incredibly slow. We waited over 15 minutes with a group in front of us and neither of us were served. There was only one person behind the counter and seemed to be one cook. We left and went to IHop instead.

Hello. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. You did not show for the reservation that was booked. So within that policy we are able to charge a no show fee of first night's room and tax. See the policy on our brand site or here on Expedia.com. Have a great day.

Front desk staff were not very inviting. My first night, there was an emergency in the middle of the night where the fire department and police were called. No one called to check on us and anytime we inquired about the events that took the place, we were told they had no knowledge of what happened. Also, there is no room service. We were told room service was every other day. My stay was for 4 nights and I slept on the same sheets all 4 nights. Not a great experience.

A very easy drive from the airport. Check in very easy in person or online. Room clean and comfortable. Worth the price and would stay here again if visiting the city.

staff and everything was just right there including the mall that was across the street and a gas station that sold breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was better than some resturants.

The location was convenient to the Port our cruise was departing from. Room was clean and tidy. The bathroom had issues with controlling the water temperature. The small little eatery was lackluster and under staffed. I really didn't think it represented the Marriot brand very well.
