Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the island has been experiencing Water issues, so at times there are no water at all and we have to resort to our backup tank. Frustrates us also trying to operate. Your welcome note suggests if there is anything that needs attention to let us know. Thanks for letting us know. Food is priced based on our overhead, sorry you found it pricey but I'd be out of business if they weren't priced that way. Dear Traveler, We do regret that like most of our previous guests, you didn’t enjoy your stay. We are a small family owned and operated business. Who boast on not being 5 star, but giving you five star service. At the time of your stay our office manager was out sick, thus our office was closed out of an abundance of caution to our guests and staff alike. As is in any small establishment, our Restaurant Manaager is trained to complete check ins. We ensure that our rooms are clean and comfortable and take much pride in what we offer as it what we can offer at the rates that are quoted. Our manager spoke with you and you said you had a good night, at this point you should have raised your concern and given us the opportunity to assist you further. We do have larger rooms that are more well appointed at a higher cost, as opposed to the standard rooms. It’s unfortunate you didn’t find the need to voice your displeasure in person rather than here. We Thank you for giving us a try and apologize for the inconvenience.

Eleuthera is an island, 110 miles long (all settlements miles apart), so unless you are just here to relax on the beach and take in the nearby attractions that are within walking distance, a car rental is necessary.
