I hate to do this, but i feel like we have no choice. Everything about this stay was horrible, just to get into our apartment home was ridiculous. The worst part about this is we were on our way to a seminar for our careers that we were so motivated for, then this. First off, we go to Expedia to get a room for 3 nights, see this deal and we were in, nice kitchen, parking garage and great location. Expedia's website reads this is all you pay, not true, after we pay expedia for our 3 nights, we get an email that reads thank you, now feel out this rental agreement and you need to pay for cleaning fee plus 17% and a deposit. I call the hotel ask if this is a mistake, it is not, we can cancel but if we do, we have to still pay for all 3 nights we originally booked, sorry no refunds. This was also booked 2 weeks before our actual stay. We call expedia, they say sorry, this apartment is unhelpful, we can give you a credit for cleaning fee. So we decide to stay because there is no other way out. The night we get to the apartment, we explain to them on the phone, (oh by the way, there is NO one on the premises, if you need help, you're outa luck) we are going to be in late what do we have to do? Wow, we basically have to park the car one place, go up to the building, retrieve a key, go back down, move the car to another location then you can go up to your stay. Well, in order to go up to your room you need the key, the elevator will not work with out it, nothing will work without it.
