적당한 숙소
올드 몬트리올과 가깝고(걸어서 15분거리), 지하철 역과도 가깝고(걸어서 3분거리), 각종 식당이나 쇼핑시설과도 가까운 위치에 있습니다. 주차는 별도의 요금을 내야 합니다. 조식은 평범한 수준입니다. 좋은 위치와 비교적 저렴한 가격을 고려하면 몬트리올 관광에 적당한 숙소라고 할 수 있습니다.

Hotel bien placé mais pas très salubre
La localisation est bonne et près des services. Gros problème de salubrité dans cet hôtel depuis quelques années. L'accueil est très bien et les gens sont très avenants.

C'est un hôtel que j'ai connu avant sa rénovation récente. Ce fut un agréable surprise de constater une belle amélioration de la qualité générale de l'hôtel. Ce fut au delà de nos attentes. Confortable et silencieux, décoré avec goût.

安心して泊まれるホテルです。
内装などは、やや古い箇所もありましたが、働いている従業員さんは皆親切でした。特に、連泊時に「don't disterb」のサインを出しておいた際には、入室していませんの置き手紙がドアに挟まっていて好感が持てました。

Good for our stay
This was a work trip and a romantic weekend away. The only sad thing is that breakfast was not included.my wife was sick in the hallways and they didn't clean it up till the next day. It was loud in the hallways and people were constantly slamming doors closed.

Great hotel for the location--not far from port, plenty of night life just around the corner, easy access to downtown action. The desk staff has always been great--outgoing, knowledgable, fun.

Very bad parking.
Parking spots are inadequate except for the smallest of cars. Maneuvering in the parking garage was nearly impossible. Room had problem with some from other rooms drifting in. Some staff were nice, but many were unhelpful, pretended not to understand. It wasn't worth the premium over the budget hotels in the area. It's also in a border area which looks a little dodgy.

快適に過ごせました。ホテルのスタッフも丁寧な対応でした。ロケーションも近くにレストラン街と地下鉄の駅、公園があり、便利でした。

Overpriced with rude staff
We stayed two nights and both days the person at the front desk was super rude and without any patience. Everytime I asked a question the guy pretended not understanding me (I speak both English and French). Also the wifi is horrible, it takes long time to connect and it disconnects constantly. They look like a business hotel but they don't have business center or printing services. I will never come back, I have been in cheaper hotels in Montreal with better service.

Poor customer relations
We got woken up at 3 A.m. to hear water pouring into our tub. Went into the bathroom to see water pouring like a Fossett into the bathtub from the light above it or fan. Called the front desk and and told them in which they responded they would contact the people upstairs, that they must've left the water on. I was expecting somebody to come to our room and check out the situation but nobody did. When we checked out the next day the front desk person told us to just give them a bad review on the hotel site we reserved it from. So here it is! Very unhelpful and uncaring staff.

Great choice
It was great. The service was impeccable, friendly staff, the room was a lot more roomier than I thought it'd be and it was clean throughout. The only thing missing was the mini-fridge. Hotel is close to a lot of things as it's centrally located which is great. While the onsite parking price is on par with most hotels, note that there is a public covered indoor parking lot just a few steps away for half the price. Overall though, I'd come back again. I was impressed with this place as it was better than I had expected and I can't say enough about the staff.

Decent, though overpriced, hotel
No real complaints except that it is overpriced. However, at the time I booked, every hotel in the area was high. Supposedly there was some sort of festival going on that weekend, so maybe that explains the high prices.

Tired and run down hotel...staff lacked enthusiasm
We have been to Montreal a number of times. This time we decided to chose a hotel a little further east than usual. We were quite surprised when the hotel staff would not allow us to check in after a long day's drive from NB, saying we were too early (2:45pm). So we drove around for a while and when we came back the staff was different and they checked us in. The place was run down for the price that was charged and the room did not look anything like the one in the picture. The room had an unpleasant smell when we walked in, so we had to open the windows to try and get fresh air in. The shower grout was discoloured in areas with mildew. We spent as little time as we could in the room.

staff were very very nice and very helpful as well. I found bed and pillows were too soft, and the free WiFi connections were terrible and hard to connect. But cleanliness and staff make this hotel stay good

- Cannot check-in before 4pm even arriving early - Nice friendly staff - Room is okay for a place to stay/sleep - Free Wifi but slow and intermittent - Very close to public parking (approx. 1 min walk), $9/day on weekend. Parking is part of the Bus Terminal building, with police cars parked inside. Very safe & convenient.

Hotel ist in Ordnung und zu empfehlen.
Ich war dort für 8 Übernachtungen. Bei meinem ersten Zimmer ging die Toilettenspülung nicht mehr. Mir wurde daraufhin ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Die Räumlichkeiten sind insgesamt etwas alt, die Zimmer aber recht gross und komfortabel eingerichtet. Aus der Klimaanlage roch es etwas muffig, ich hatte sie aber ohnehin fast nie eingeschaltet. Frühstück ist für ca. 10 Dollar von der Qualität mittelmässig, hier bin ich immer auf Cafes in der Umgebung ausgewichen. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Hotel ist daher zu empfehlen.

Great hotel if you are looking to mainly sight-see and use the room primarily for sleeping. The area is amazing and very close to the nightlife, the subway station (Berri-UQAM), and Old Montreal. Most major tourist spots are less than a 20 min. metro ride. The room itself was fairly simple, and was showing some age/disrepair (the batteries in the remote had leaked, the television had poor reception, and the shower head could use some unblocking). The room however was perfect for what we needed it for, which was a place to sleep in a great location at an affordable price.

Convenient and comfortable.
The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. It is close to everything we wanted to do - short stroll to East Village bars and restaurants, Old Montreal, downtown shopping. Good value for the money.

Great location, below average hotel
Great location, rooms are good for one person , quick stay, not suitable for a family or for a romantic stay. Oh and the city needs to clean up all the drug addicts hanging around the neighborhood.
