Great.
The hotel is very nice. The morning buffet is great and clean. The pool is also warm. The room condition is best. But, the air heater is not working well.

Nos gustó la limpieza. La atención del personal. El desayuno fue mejor de lo que esperábamos. Está céntrico. La habitación es amplia y muy cómoda. Todo funcionaba bien dentro de la habitación (todas las luces y electrodomésticos). Cocina completa. Muy recomendado este hotel. Éramos 2 niños y 3 adultos, y estuvimos muy cómodos. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

We only stayed overnight but it was a pleasant experience. The property is nice . The staff is wonderful. Room is spacious and clean with good amenities. They even have free breakfast but unfortunately we're not able to take advantage of this as we had to leave very early that morning. No stores or restaurants nearby though. But I still highly recommend this place.

when i called they told me me free shuttle to airport and when i arrive the shuttle is until after 9 and my flight is for 7 so i had to pay 45 for taxi that was a real inconvienence

Upon entering the hotel, 2 staff present talking to each other . I had to wait for them to look my way as it felt like I could not interrupt their conversation. I did not feel welcome.

There was a blood spot on curtains and one of the bath towels had hair. The AC broke down after 5 PM and the front desk staff was very rude and said the technician is not there until 7 am the following day. Luckily I was technical enough to trouble shoot otherwise we would have sweat in our sleep.

Free parking, very clean, friendly staff. The breakfast time in weekdays ends at 9am, which is a bit too early for people on vacation.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times in the last few years. My most recent trip I stayed here 2 times in the space of 3 weeks or so: December 2023- January 2024 and everything is good and comfortable and clean but the one thing that can be fixed is the number of washing machines and dryers. There was a mad rush to wash and guests kept moving other people’s belongings from washer and then from the dryer because they couldn’t wait. WHO wants their wet clothes touched by a stranger and just siting on top of a washing machine? There is no signs or anything stating such do not touch other ppls property. Imagine someone even put powdered soap in the dryer with their load thinking it was a washer 😅 and soap was everywhere spilling out. I stayed at the other Residence Inn Mall area and they have sufficient washers and dryers. But I prefer this location. I will stay here again because I lik this hotel and staff but the washing and drying needs to improve especially for ppl with small ids like myself.

What a difference a year makes.
The hotel has begun to show signs of wear and tear. We've stayed here 3 or 4 times. Last visit was a year ago. Although the room was clean, there are visible signs of aging, like rusty door hinges, shower head with mineral deposits and poor flow, toilet seal with slow leak that made a loud noise every 30 minutes or so when the tank was refilling.

É a sexta vez que fico nesse hotel, mas ele está cada dia pior! Muita sujeira nos corredores, lixos fora dos quartos e a limpeza do apartamento qse não acontece! Em 7 dias limpara apenas 1 vez, é muito mal! Uma decepção, pq o hotel era ótimo!
