Happy with stay and location
Comfortable in terms of climate control, appliances and accessories provided with adequate power points in room and bathroom. Location is convenient, easily accessible in 5 minutes by walking from Shin-Osaka station and travel to Umeda using the JR local line to Osaka station and find food and shopping.

Wonderful stay in all respects. Clean, quiet spacious room easily accommodated two people. Right next to Shin Osaka train station. Great buffet breakfast offering a wide variety of Western and Japanese options. Will stay here again next time I'm in Osaka.

Perfect location just outside Shin Osaka station at exit next to McDonalds. Nice large room with king bed. Staff friendly and very helpful. Make sure to include breakfast option.

Hotel located at exit 1 of the subway / Shin-Osaka station . Easy access to a lot of places . Direct train from Kansai airport . A lot of food and gifts options at shin Osaka station less than 100 away . However hotel is facing the train tracks , sounds form the trains can be heard till late .

Great location and comfort
The hotel is located right next to shin osaka station. To get there, head west and exit through the central gate and you will see the shinkansen ticket office. Make a right and head north, you will see signs pointing to a McDonalds. Walk past the tully's coffee and make a left and head west. You will see McD and the exit to the pedestrian bridge will be in front of you. This makes is super convenient to come and go to the station. The hotel is nice and the rooms are larger and clean for a hotel in Japan. We stayed in the City View on the 14th floor and had a nice view facing west. Do be warned that facing west means the highway and subway are there. Subway trains come often so you might hear them. I got use to them after a while so maybe request a rooms on the east side to be away from them if you are noise sensitive. We also did laundry at a coin laundry place outside of the hotel since there was not self service laundry for those that might want to know. The station has lots of restaurants and food, just make sure to go there before it gets too late before shops closes. Overall, the staff was nice and the place was clean. It was a comfortable stay and I would recommend the hotel. The location is excellent.

Just a little too expensive but the restaurant breakfast was amazing and the room was extremely comfortable. The rooftop bar is not open to just have a drink, that is strange. Would still definitely recommend this hotel for convenience.
