The hotel is located right next to shin osaka station. To get there, head west and exit through the central gate and you will see the shinkansen ticket office. Make a right and head north, you will see signs pointing to a McDonalds. Walk past the tully's coffee and make a left and head west. You will see McD and the exit to the pedestrian bridge will be in front of you. This makes is super convenient to come and go to the station.
The hotel is nice and the rooms are larger and clean for a hotel in Japan. We stayed in the City View on the 14th floor and had a nice view facing west. Do be warned that facing west means the highway and subway are there. Subway trains come often so you might hear them. I got use to them after a while so maybe request a rooms on the east side to be away from them if you are noise sensitive. We also did laundry at a coin laundry place outside of the hotel since there was not self service laundry for those that might want to know. The station has lots of restaurants and food, just make sure to go there before it gets too late before shops closes. Overall, the staff was nice and the place was clean. It was a comfortable stay and I would recommend the hotel. The location is excellent.
