The place was filthy. They are doing some construction/ remodeling right now as well so it’s very noisy. The pool didn’t have any tanning chairs and the water was plum nasty anyway. We didn’t even stay there. Instead we went across the street to Country Cascade.

Good price nice room. Need better shower curtain. Water goes in floor so had to put a towel down to soak water up.

They charged me more than what my receipt said...... I was supposed to pay 20 at the property and they charged me 47 because it was a 50 bill that I gave them and they only gave me back 3 dollars, they are scoundrels, they steal from you One of them, I have my itemized receipt, it said that they charged me a portion of the reservation and I would only pay 20 here at the hotel.

One of the worst vacation experiences ever! From the bugs to the painter smog from construction it was completely horrible!

Would not stay there again so dirty stains all over. The pool area was moldy and disgusting. The hot tub didn't work. The first night the fire alarm went off all night from 1 am until about 4 am until it was fixed. It was horrible.

The beds were the absolute worst of any hotel I've ever been to. We were told that they didn't have any vending machines that we would just have to tough it out or go to a gas station the only ice machine in the building was in the 6th floor there were metal shavings in the carpet that stabbed my feet a few times there was renovations going on outside our door in the hallway during the night while everyone was trying to sleep the hot tub had mold growing on the surface and was ice cold the only nice thing about this hotel was the heated lazy river that was IT!

Our room was covered in Bed Bugs. We got switched to another room, but did not sleep due to the trauma from the 1st room.

Rooms filthy. Hallways filthy. Broken fireplace in first room. Moved to another room and it had bed bugs. Photos taken of bites and bug. Took issue to staff and no resolve. No refund given. I am currently packed up and in my car for the night. The ourside pool was closed and the inside pool looked like a unfinished basement with filthy water.

Location is great! Hotel is currently under renovations so be prepared for that. I received an automated message that the pool and hot tub are was being remodeled and wouldn't be available when booking the hotel. Upon arrival that wasn't the case we was told that the heater wasn't working for the pool or hot tub but that they were working on it and should be fixed that night. Called the staff the next day to ask again about it and they had no clue what we was talking about and said we could go check it ourselves to see if it was warm. hopefully during the remodel they will replace the mattresses because they definitely need updating. They are not comfortable at all. Room was nice and spacious though. I believe after the remodel it will be a great place!

When we finally got to the hotel I went to go check in a the man at the front desk ask me if I had already check in . I told him no an he proceeded to ask me if some email I’ve never heard of was mine so I was like no I haven’t checked in. The hotel room had a bad smell like rotten garbage an a leak in the bathroom sink although my kids had fun I wouldn’t recommend

Found a bug on the bed, told the front desk where Shana informed me that she would not get the manager and would not tell me his name. Ended up checking out 30 minutes after we arrived.

The property did not have several of the amenities that were listed on the website and the room safety was not safe as the door wouldn't properly lock after we informed the front desk staff. Further inspection of the room and property, prompted me to immediately cancel the reservation and make another one on spot.

The property has done amazing clean up and I love the new look of the hotel. amazing views as always from this hotel balcony and this time the rooms are very well cleaned. the outdoor pool was open but we did not get a chance to use it

Took me TWO HOURS to check in due to a RUDE FRONT DESK CLERK who accused me of lying about booking, was EXTREMELY rude and treated ALL GUESTS badly. I booked this room due to the “indoor HEATED pool and lazy river” which was NOT heated it was ICE COLD, there was NO WIFI even though it also advertised FREE WIFI, there was TWO elevators operational in the whole building. As soon as I walked into my room after FINALLY getting checked in the first thing I saw was a ROACH on the wall. The “Jacuzzi tub” didn’t work so it was basically just a big bath tub but thankfully it was warm because my son had to “swim” in it since the pool was FREEZING. The ONLY good part about this whole trip was the bed being comfy but there were only THREE pillows for TWO guests.

We did not even end up staying here. We had to get a new room it was so gross. The pool was too cold and nasty

No heated pool, hot tub did not work. Absolutely filthy and terrible service. Immediately checked out after check in no manager was there to assist with service. Very disappointing

The moment you walk in the door, it’s beautiful. The room was perfect. I loved having a balcony. The unfortunate part is, the balconies connect so not really any privacy. Otherwise, I really enjoyed staying here.

We booked this hotel as opposed to others nearby because of the advertised heated pool, hot tub, and game room, but after checking in we learned that none of these were available. I repeatedly asked to speak to management, but no-one ever contacted us. We also saw all these amenities, including a continental breakfast, advertised on front sign, but again this was false advertising since none of these were available, despite claiming that ot was. I asked for a full refund so we could move to another hotel, however, we were told that it was past the refund time and that I would be charged regardless. I am very unhappy and will challenge this with my credit card company, especially since management completely ignored my request to address the issue.

This hotel is very misrepresented! No hot tub or heated pool, carpet was sticky, ceiling tiles had holes and not in place, door to balcony was broken, had very bad order, very dirty everywhere: walls, refrigerator, floors. Night shift was awful with absolutely no help. Number goes to a call center not hotel, so they kept telling Expedia that I was already checked in and never complained one time. Check-in took 2 hours! Multiple people were waiting with check-in issues. Staff said health dept shut down several areas of hotel. Day shift did apologize but couldn’t fix any issues except they did give us a washcloth. Highly unsatisfactory!

Hot tub was not even heated, there was no iron in the rooms or a paper with a number to the front desk or WiFi password. There was a roach in our bathroom, and we called twice for the iron and they never got one to us. There was also no ice machine, all around just very inconvenient and unclean.

It was under construction but in the room should not be. Lighted sign out front flashing heated pool lazy river and hot tub. None of those things avail all ice cold also free continental breakfast and none of that. The lighted flashing sign should not be on. The room covered in sheetrock dust beds,furniture,all.You could hit chair and powder fly everywhere. The inside of sink cracked and broken and what looked like private area hair left on it. Patio door open not locked. The door to room missing bottom lock open hole which did not feel safe. The whole place nasty and all commom areas paint and nastiness on carpets u had to walk on. Lot's of folks complaining after seeing their rooms also...one man with kids found no sheets,towels or toiletries. They also charge 100.00 deposit like u are going to steal something like the coffee pot that was not there even though coffe packs some with coffee in them some not there. No trash can in room so had to leave most of trash just there and us and several others left out in front when we left. Glad I brought my own blanket towel and pillow as did not feel comfortable that linen was clean. Just horrible experience all together and I have traveled all over and outside US. Advised them to let you know so you can update listing.There was a game that they said u could not get in they said it did not work either. I have photos for you of these things.
