I found the bedroom layout unique. House keeping is doing a fantastic job...front desk personals very helpful and quick. The food dept is where i think improvement could be made. Breakfast options could be improved. I asked for 2 eggs, over easy and after a considerable wait i got one poached egg! Using room service i ordered a non veg club sandwich(through their online system) and to make sure that i had ordered correctly I called them and reiterated my order. What did I get? Two Veg Club Sandwiches!!

It is a good property. I wish shopping and restaurants are nearby. Walking is not pleasant, it is more to do with the city than the hotel. However, breakfast is a good spread and staff are nice.

Good hotel to stay, surrounded in a happening area. Fulfill all basic requirements of a business stay. Breakfast options can be better. Rooms are spacious and clean linen is provided.

Great hotel in central Gurugram location
We had a very good 3 day stay at Lemon Tree. The hotel/staff is great in all respects and we enjoyed our stay. The only minor inconvenience was that the noise carried from the adjacent room (maybe thin walls). All in all, we liked the hotel very much and will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location
It was excellent. Location of the hotel is great. The decor is good & well maintained. Ample parking space as well as other area for leisure walk. The staff is courteous & well behaved. Check in was smooth. Break fast Buffet was good but bar is at the front of lobby which is not good space to be there.

Over rated Hotel
The staff at the lemon tree premier city center hotel are not trained properly on how to deal(talk) with the guests. Some Front desk incharges are very poorly trained as doesn't know any basic interaction skills. (Hospitality)

Pleasant stay
Good things were: Staff was very nice. Room was clean and the facilities were new. Lots of parking. Location was central to many things around (driving distance). Not so good things: The view from the hotel room was not great. The hotel only allowed one device to connect to their wi-fi. I only stayed one night due to my travel situation, however, this would be a hotel that I would stay in again.

Charging wifi access is a big dampener, will not choose hotels which don't come up with free internet access...

Needs to work on service
The hotel is small with rather compact rooms but unless you prefer large rooms quite comfortable. Breakfast buffet was not bad. The main issue I had with the hotel was the attitude of the staff especially Front Office. They were not very helpful or willing to accomodate any requests and were content to repeat the rules to the point of being rude.

A Decent Budget Hotel
The Lemon Tree is a nice budget hotel. No, its not going to have all the bells and whistles of a 4 or 5 star hotel, but its decent for the price. Service is friendly, rooms clean. Breakfast was included and adequate. They have food service onsite. Has free internet in lobby and wi-fi is either extra charge or 30-min free each day, your pick. They are a short ride to shopping, train, and food establishments. If you are wanting to stay near the airport, out of downtown Delhi, and have a base to go to Agra, this is not too bad.

I was travelling from Sonepat (HARYANA) to Jaipur, i was tired and hence decided to stay back in gurgaon to rest at the new year eve , the feeling of fun was there in my mind It was a pleasure staying at the lemon tree hotel . i was overwhelmed by the welcome and the kind of services provided , the dinnner the breakfast and overall condition of the hotel was good and quite satisfactory to my level . Excellent hotel
I thought this hotel was excellent for my business trip. Not sure that the location is ideal for tourists as it's a distance from the city centre. But as I wasn't sight seeing this didn't matter to me. The facilities, room and restaurant were absolutely fine and I can't really fault it. Top marks to all the staff without exception who couldn't do enough to help out. My only minor complaint is that visitors have to pay for wi-fi connection, which is ok but there are too many options available and it was only on Day 2 I was told I could buy a day's worth which included a meal, and this package was cheaper than buying by the hour which I had been doing. You'd pay more for bigger hotels but you won't get the same service.

Why do things have to Change for the Worse
I have stayed at this Lemon Tree approx 15 times before and it used to be a hidden gem. Not in a really great location but once through the hotel doors brilliant. The staff used to greet me back on each trip, and I used to recommend to other business colleagues. However it has now become just part of a chain.I asked for a later check out and the receptionist at first agreed to 6pm at No Charge to Half Cost to Full Cost of another night in the same conversation.Previously they were really accommodating.There are a lot of other hotels in this price bracket that I will be looking at in future,which is a real shame.The food in the Citrus Cafe is really good but you can use that even if not staying

Terrible! No. it is terror.
It was terrible that I never have got that sort of experience. It was very old and smells stinky. They assigned smoking room even I didn't request. This hotel was the worst hotel.
