Dear Hslangguth, As its explain in our policies and website, the early a late checkout depends on availability. If we agree we have to block the room for a late check out and loose the opportunity to sell the entire room. The checkin is at 3pm and checkout at 12 as most of the hotels worlwide. When we say 24 hour, it means that we have 24 hour recepction, you can leave or arrive at anytime and someone will receive you and you can leave your luggage if the room is not ready for example. Hope this clarifies you issue. regarding the riots we always tell our guests where they should go or if there is any problem, as you arrived so early we missed the full checkin process, sorry for that. regards

Dear David, We where aware of your problem from the beginning. We contacted hotels.com because the standard rooms on the first floor don`t have AC, sorry for the inconvenient, but it was a bad information they had. We did anything we could to move you to the suite (100 USD expensier) and with no cost. The AC of both rooms where working, you should have asked for the front desk for help. Its very sad for us to hear we didn't did anything because we where absolutely full capacity and managed to move you with NO COST as soon as possible. We usually have good reviews and this is very harmful for a small family business.

Dear Annette. We explained that we were full. I would have changed you to another room. But it was impossible. You were paying for a standard and gave you a superior room. So it’s very sad to see you don’t understand why. We talked to you very politely and try to make your stay as good as possible. This is a small family business that you are talking about and we always have good comments and happy guests. Sorry you were so disgusted
